Did education authority teach you how to spell wasting?  If so, where do I sign up. Seems like the best place to go for an education. You also represent the company very well. Extremely professional posts. I see why you are such a valued member of a prestigious company like this.

First off, you work for a company that tries to promote education.  Learn to spell.  Its "wasting", not "waisting".  You misspelled it more than once.  Second, we shouldn't have to listen to the entire call to tell you we're not interested.  Get a clue...if we hang up, we don't want any.  You're telemarketers, you're NOT going to get any respect from the public.

Why change my number when the harassing company should provide a thing called customer service and stop calling my number? To change my phone number and have to inform my work, my family, etc that I had to change the digits because a horrid company won't delete my number...that is rude and illogical. I have certainly not filled out anything online. I have even been patient and spoke to a manager to take me off the call list...but every damn Wednesday they call! And they hang up *click* if I tell them I a would not like to be called any more. This is badgering and I am sure there is a nice way to sue this DMI Solutions for it. No class and extremely unprofessional. I am reporting them.

education authority calls constantly

i keep getting the calls from 866-972-9317 (education authority) but the thing that fooled me is they knew my name!

Well when your lame company keeps calling people over and over and does not take them off the list, then they will be reported to the FCC who will then fine them and maybe you will be out of a job.  The people that work there are completely rude and annoying!!! And obviously youre one of them!!  We're supposed to change our numbers and call people to let them know and go to al the hassle because your company is harrassing us with calls all day long!!  ILEGALLY!! LOSER!!!  You are the EXACT mentality that they look for in idiot employees!!!  Dont be so faithful!!  Theyll dump you as soon as they go out of business for illegal harrassing phone calls to customers who never asked to be on their list.

Wow.. how many different ways can you make yourself sound stupid. "Change Your Number" is your solution? I think maybe you should enlist in this educational program and get yourself a degree to get out of that call center, that is why you are there, correct? Change your number.. jajaja.. dumbest solution to this problem I have ever heard. I am a business owner, have had this number for some time, and I should "Change my number" because that is the only solution to getting this particular group to stop calling. Forget my customers, and business.. let me just "Change my number."  Wow.. you are really dumb.

I just recently got multiple calls from the Education Authority (because I didn't answer their first ones), and found this website by doing a Google search.  I am a college professor at Georgia Tech, and found it rather strange that they would try to call *me* and offer *me* their services.  The only internet sites I have visited recently that required me to give out my telephone number were apartment locator services and the credit check company for my new apartment.  Assuming Education Authority isn't some kind of spam agency, perhaps someone is playing a joke on *them*.

I keep getting calls from this number and no one leaves a message. What's the purpose of putting your name on a "donotcall.Gov list when you keep getting unwanted annoying calls?

The do-not-call list only works for solicitors! The Education Authority is NOT soliciting! They are calling you because you requested something over the internet on an education or job website which required you to give out your info! The numbers are not just pulled out of a phone book! So either stop playing on the computer or change your number! MORON!

Um...can anyone guess that Cindy works for The Education Authority?  I looked at their site... I never requested anything nor have I asked for any inquiries from them.  They may have partners that have sold their lists to The Education Authority but that wasn't something I agreed too, unless it was deceptive and under a million lines of text.  Questionable....

Ok seriously, you people probably need to further your education with all this stupid bull you are talking. I work for The Education Authority which is owned by DMI Solutions. We are NOT solicitors. We simply help people who are interested in going to college by matching them with college degree programs of their interest. YOUR phone numbers get in our data base because of something YOU filled out over the internet! Stop playing on the computer or trying to win stuff and you wont get calls! Cause you are not only waisting your time but you are waisting ours. And as for the people who are getting calls for someone who doesnt live there, GET OVER IT OR CHANGE YOUR NUMBER!! Oh and FYI, if The Education Authority calls you, let them finish their statement and give them an answer, because if you just hang up we are forced to put you back on the call list. Just simply say you are not interested and we will take you off the call list. Another FYI, it takes up to 48 hours to remove you from the call list and there is more than one call center that has your information. Hence why you are receiving back to back calls!

If you did not enter your information anywhere on the internet then that is probably due to someone else using your info to fill out surveys or win something. I'll say it again. JUST CHANGE YOUR NUMBER!

We have been getting daily calls from these miscreants also. They do not leave an answer machine message or identify themselves. The caller ID is TEXAS.

Once I learn of a telemarketer spamming my phone, I can block that caller on my answering machine. It has Caller ID built in and I simply select "Call Block" on any particular annoying number and all future incoming calls from that number get zapped instantly by the machine and no longer bother me. :):)

Why should I change my number? Why can't they just put me on the so not call list? Ridiculous.

I too got calls from this number but I called it back and got an automated system which gives you options, one of which lets you remove your telephone number from The Education Authority call list.

I get tired of this number calling me constantly, on my work phone.  Make it stop!  Please!!

Just got a call

I received four calls from this company today. They do not leave voicemails very annoying.

I got a call from them this morning the lady kept on asking if my name was lets say bob....i wouldnt answer i was asking asking who the hell are you and how the hell do have my number... apparently she got mad and hung up on me when i tried to call back i just got a busy signal... strange

I got the call from them and they said they were from Texas, I hang up on them and went on my business
