JUST got a new phone, and the instant it was activated, I started getting calls from this #.  I haven't answered it as I always check sites like this to see if people are reporting complaints first.  WTH?

They called me at 2 a.m. On December 26. Technically that was Christmas night. No message they just left a text message with their phone number.

Just called today saying there were from southwest credit sounds like a person from another country like india or mexico doesnt surprise me considering it came from a texas area code they are full of illgeal udiots there!

The company that is calling may go by that name or something similar, but the link to the website you have posted is not the same company that is calling repeatedly. NKS Financial is a mortgage loan company in Sacramento, and they do not have a 800 number, nor do they do any telemarketing or cold calls. Thank you and I hope this helps!

Received a phone call. No message left.

Missed a call from this number. Called back as I wanted to prevent future calls. It's NKS Financial, and the Spanish at the begining of the call is saying if you want a Spanish speaking operator press 2.  The CSR I spoke to was nice, simply asked to confirm that I was not Mr. Garcia and promised the record would be updated.

Got a call & called it from a land line.  It is a scam or fishing call.  I reported it to my cell company.  The recording starts in spanish & then in English ask you to enter the 10 digit # that they tried to reach you from.  Smells like a SCAM.  Do not answer or call back!

A call fromt this number is harassing my sister......they asked all kinds of questions......they used obscence language...

Called today and yesterday and twice Monday, they did not leave a message.

Have received a call from this number multiple times, and from different times of the day.  I figured it was a telemarketer.

I have been receiving calls from a company known as ARS - American Recovery Systems. For three years these scumbags have been calling my home asking for a person named Vladimir Hernandez. They're trying to act like it's an honest misunderstanding and they want personal information from me to 'clear it up'. I refuse to give them any, therefore, the calls continue. The calls have come from Texas, Illinois, New Jersey and Missouri. I have reported the numbers. It's clearly a phishing scam.

This number has called me every day for the last week and never leaves a message. They've called as early as 7am one day! The one time I tried answering the call, no one was on the other end, so I hung up. I'm thinking of reporting them to the attorney general's office if this keeps up. Since I know I'm not the only one who keeps getting called by this number, maybe the AG can do something about it?

I recieved this call, on my cell asked for me by name, and then said "This is a good-bye"

I pressed 3 to say I wasn't Mr. Beasley and the person who answered the phone said, "Hello." No word of what the company was. So I said I wasn't Mr. Beasley and he asks me my first and last name. I said, "I don't give out my personal information." He said, "How is that your personal information?" All indignant-like. I asked, "What is the call regarding?" He said, "Well I can't tell you that since you're Mr. Beasley under Federal law." I said, "Well I guess we'll just both be clandestine." He said, "Fine then!" and hung up.

What an idiot! Next time they call, I'm going to say I don't speak English.

I am getting a call from this number morning noon and night, when I call it back they just use foul language, how do I get it to stop?

This number calls all the time no messages ever left.

On 10/20 I described in this blog my experience with this operation. A few minutes ago I received again their call on my landline, requesting once more to remove it from their database.
I am pondering filing a complain with my local District Attorney and/or any other organization that may be interested in looking into this situation, as I am tired receiving threatening calls from somebody under the name of Parker.

Ok, when i googled this number i got "M"ks financial services' web site, but I have my cell phone setup to forward my calls to an online number unmasking site, and it says this number is registered to an "N"ks financial services.. i'm also seeing some people here saying it's w/ an M and others saying it's with an N.

this seems off to me.. it surely can't be both can it?

I just got off the phone with them.  They have been calling here for two weeks and I had answered it once but nobody was there. They continued to call.  Today I let the answer machine pick it up again and this time they left a message.  They were trying to reach a person named: Brenda xxx who happens to be my niece who lives in another state.  They told me she used my name and phone number for a reference for a loan with them and they were trying to find her to collect.

As it happens, this niece of mine is incarcerated in prison in Arizona which I told them. I told them to contact the prison and good luck. The girl who was not rude, and was even nice, said they would remove my number from their call list.  We'll see.

HAVE RECEIVED A CALL AND DIDN'T ANSWER BECAUSE I DIDN'T KNOW THE NUMBER. NO ONE LEFT A MESSAGE.

I'm going to track them down one by one!!!

So I just called them back and told them I wasn't the one the lookin for they tried to get a number to reach him(him being me lol) I told them even if I had it I wouldn't give it out...duh!... then they told me they would remove me from there list! I didn't even ask them to?...

This number has been calling me non-stop for the past week morning afternoon and evening.  I've never once picked up because I don't answer unknown calls.  I looked up the area code it's from texas.

Yeah... I live nowhere near texas.

i KEEP GETTING CALL FROM THIS NUMBER SAYING I OWE THEM MONEY ON BILL THIS 150 DOLLARS AND IS NOW BEING CHARGED INTEREST OF ALMOST 1000 DOLLARS HOW DO I KNOW THIS IS A LEGITIMATE BILL

I found that MKS Financial is a debt collection agency & NKS Financial is a mortgage company. I never answer the calls though.

Get continued calls from this number.  Never leaves a message.

I have access to a modem bank and several faxes. They have just succeeded in winning themselves a dial bomb. Simply, they will receive 1000 calls from each device repeatedly. This will flood and kil their phone system. :)
