There is plenty of proof on the web folks, don't fall for the BS.

Fraudulent "fake advertising" scheme.  Catch them in their tracks--ask them for the local school's name, colors, mascot, and address.  Or ask them who their contact at the school is, because you would like to verify the validity of the call.  Guaranteed they won't be able to answer the simplest of questions.  A legitimate operation will be able to answer this.  In addition, local schools contact businesses directly for advertising.  Schools also have reputable LOCAL businesses that create their promotional items, so that their PTA's/PTO's can profit from their sales.  Support your local economy, and deal with school officials directly to be sure THEY profit from your donation.  NO NEED TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE POCKETS OF THESE LOSERS!  For the person who claimed they worked for this company, what a sad excuse for employment.  Even McDonald's employees can sleep at night with a clear conscious.  

Received a call today from the idiots, probably the 10th call I've had from them. She asked us to purchase advertisements for our local high school. I told her we weren't interested in advertising, she proceeded to ask how we advertised, I told her we have built our customer base for years. She kept explaining about how advertising works, as if I didn't understand.

Here's something you apparently don't understand. We are on the DNC list but it doesn't seem to phase these idiots. PLEASE STOP CALLING!!! We are not that gullible and we will NEVER buy anything from you SCAMMERS!!

Received a call from a lady today (4/8/2014) from 817-799-2950.  She said she was calling regarding our local school football field and she wanted to speak with the person who could approve advertising.

This number called me up today and tried their best sales tactic to get me to acknowledge who I was for their records.  Their number showed as 'Unknown' and any phone call about our local school from an 817 area code makes me suspicious. Typical high pressure sales call, you can smell them out from how bubbly upbeat and 'personal' they are when they first call, and when you don't give them any real information, they get pushy an rude as they know they are loosing control of the phone call...

4 phone calls in one day and being woke up is getting old.  

Called me three times today, I had gut was scam so did not answer. They did not leave a message.

I worked there for a few weeks and had to leave. I completely agree ^^ Brian Elliott is a manipulative man who treats his employees as peasants unless they are making him $ for his multi-million $ businesses. He has those sales reps do whatever it takes to make a sale that's why its so shady and can be somewhat fraudulent. Yes, there is a "set-up" department that calls and tells high school cheer coaches and coaches that they will send them free items in their school colors and with their own mascot on it... but then the sales reps must turn around n pitch false info to potential customers in order to get a damn deal so that they don't get fired or constantly reminded how they don't have a dumbass little "symbol" up on the white dry erase boards next to your name. Also, from what I noticed the small amount of time I was there, 85% of everyone who works there, HATES it. (the 15% that do like their job are making around 90k a year) I'm suprised this place is still in business! Brian Elliot is practically holding like 80 women's lives in his hand like a puppet master. It sickens me!!

TOTAL SCAM!!!  They want my business to support the local athletic teams.  I called to check on them and none of the local schools have ever heard of them.  They have also called me using diffrent business names other than B&E Industries

I live in a VERY Small town, and my husband is on the school board.  This company called my work and tried to convince me that my school was selling advertising through a 3rd party.  One phone call and I found out the the school does not get ANY of the advertising money and the person purchasing the ad may never see it published.  A waste of time and money - deal with your schools directly.

Call and call and call at all times of the day. Some times they leave a message, but usually they do not. I have spoken on the phone with several different telemarketers from this company, despite telling them "no". They will resort to sneaky tactics, such as by using another employee's name and saying that the employee really wanted to buy the items. Really? Think that tactic again because I can easily confirm those conversations with other employees.

When we support our local communities, we support them directly ourselves. I'm not going to spend my company's money on overpriced promotional items from a stranger in Texas.

JERKS hung up on my business answering machine.  First fhey ignored the DNC List.  Second, they tied up my phone  with ringing and hanging up.

Did receive a call this morning from this company trying to sell and ad for the local school, when I stated that we do not advertise which then she became very rude and pushy, when you tell someone "NO", and they keep pushing and then are rude that is not a good salesman. And, this has not been the first time this has happened with this company.  I think better training is needed and maybe the calls should be screened so the company can really know what is going on with their employees.

I am actually the King of France, and I also am NOT a scam. I live here (in my fantasy world) for many years, and I have poor hungry children, and bills to pay, PLEASE believe everything I tell you....
Blah, blah, blah... Your company is a SCAM.
They have called me many times, and continue calling even after I told them I WAS NOT INTERESTED!
They LIED and said they were calling from my local High School to raise money to purchase new sports equipment -- HA, I (my company) already made a donation to our local school and personally bought ALL NEW equipment! You guys are the ***holes, constantly calling people over and over who are on the DO NOT CALL LIST. F.U.

WRONG ANSWER, but the schools DO NOT REQUEST nor endorse any business with B&E Industries, nor Fan Cloth nor many of the other companies that Bryan Elliot owns.  If this is such a great company, tell me why have they settled numerous lawsuits with employees claiming sexual harassment, and with people who got duped with B&E's advertising scheme?  And if you were an upstanding representative of the company, they why do you feel it necessary to cuss in your review?  CLASS ACT!

This company preys on people in rural communities who think they are supporting their schools when all they are doing is lining the pockets of Bryan Elliot!

Caller I.D. said B E INDUSTRIES. A waste of time to debate with telemarketers.  Caller hung up before the answering machine got the call. My business number is on the Do Not Call list which just about all telemarketers ignore.They do not care if you want the call or not. Answer and talk to them and tell them not to call and they call again and again.  I don't whine about my financial affairs and my parental status when I talk to people.  Telemarketers should not either. They are a curse that ties up my business with dozens and dozens of calls per week.  If I need something, I have the Internet for searching.  I don't deal with random strangers just because they call.

Best is a JERK LIST spreadsheet like I do.  Print the list and put it by the phone.  Scan it when the phone rings and never answer the JERK again.

I don't care if you are women trying to make money or not. I lost over 34k in lost employee time dealing with telemarketing scum like yourself which prevented me from hiring any new employees last year. Stick your sales call up your a**

Millions of legit buisness hire the most ignorant, rudest people I've ever came in contact with!! I talk to hundreds of buisnesses everyday and I'd say a good %45 are rude or talk to me like I'm not even a person. Maybe before you judge a buisness based off of one person's attitude, you should look at how YOU & YOUR employees talk to people on the phone. & if all of you dont want to be called, simply call us back and tell the receptionist or call the high school (which we SET UP with ahead of time)  because we don't want to talk to a rude person just as much as you don't want to be contacted by us so do us both a favor. We are all hard working women with lives of our own just trying to get by and support our families. Hopefully you'll think of that the next time a telemarketer calls you. God bless

Every business hires rude people. And dealing with people like that who's to say we have to put up with that. We all have lives too and patience levels runs thin. Customer service is customer service. I'm not saying that it's right or a right way to go about it I'm just saying that is slander and to talk untruly about someone's ability to live is not right.

Seriously? I hope you're not an adult. Because it seems to me that you have lost your maturity level. You can believe/say what you think is right but there are knowledgable people out there and my post is sincere. As well as having a conscious, I do have a life outside of my work place. And would never scam people for money. If we were such a scam we wouldn't have been in business for 20 plus years.
