I found a card with Texas Auto Investigations Becky Daniels Legal Department on it with a case number on it and the phone number 817-872-4319. When I called it she just answered by saying Hello & seemed very unprofessional. She asked for the case number and when I gave it to her she asked from someone who I have never even heard of. She acted like she didn't believe me. If they are based out of Arlington they are a long way from home coming here. I just found it really disturbing. Something didn't seem right about this at all. The card also stuck so badly of smoke.

Said her name was Becky Daniels and was calling for someone we do not know; she had a very threatening tone and said we must return the call.  Go figure!

Received a phone call and a card in my mail box.  Returned the call she said a car was out for repo.  She wanted me to call in the morning.  I told her it was not my car it was paid for.  If she continues to call and come by I will follow your recommendation.

Got a call from a Vicky Daniels of Texas Auto Investigations from 817-872-4319 and her number forwards to 817-420-0193.  The problem is that she needs to provide licensing information and full contact company information and full address.  Ask her for that and make sure she is licensed in the state she questions the person in.  If she is calling you, YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW.  IF SHE IS THREATENING YOU, she is violating the LAW like FDCPA and harrassment.  This is not meant to give legal advise.  Please call an Attorney on what your rights are.

I receieve the same card, what kind of question was she asking?

I found a business card size slip on my front door. On the slip it says "Becky Daniels-Legal Department-Case#xxxxx-please contact our office immdediately 817-872-4319". There is a logo on that slip "Texas Auto Investigations". I called that number and she asked me if i have a car which i never had. When i asked more details her tone became threatening.
