I received the same text yesterday, and I reported it to ATT, and the agent had not heard about this.

Said my "card" had been deactivated...which card? I have NO CARD from this area code...this is a SCAMMER!

just go this text. OA ALERT: Your card has been DEACTIVATED, please call this number. Still no information as to who or why this was sent.
