These people have gotten ahold of my aunts cell phone number and have left 14 messages for me. When I call back they start cussing me out and telling me things like suck my &^%# and lick my A$$. I have contacted the police and they are aware of these calls.

I GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER TODAY AND HE WAS RUDEST PERSON I EVER TALKED TO. THEY WANT TELL ME WHO THEY ARE AND JUST KEEP SAYING IM UNDER INVESTIGATION. THEY WERE CURSING AT ME CALL ME NAMES. I TRIED TO TALK TO A SUP THEY HUNG UP ON. WHAT FREAKED ME OUT WAS THAT THEY HAD MY PHONE NUMBER, SSN #, JOB LOCATION, ADDRESS. SO I AM TAKING LEGAL ACTION SO I CAN TRACK THERE A** DOWN AND SUE THERE A**.

hello, i am getting the same phone calls as everyone is above, last year i had to actually have my number at work changed.  I have contacted the Attorney General and maybe if we all contact them enough maybe, just maybe this scam can be taken down.  The number is 800-771-7755.

just received a phone call-AT WORK-from these people, Indian man with a very hard to understand accent, told me his name was ANTHONY JOHN MATTHEWS, and that if the person he was trying to reach did not call him back within 24-48 business hours, that she would be placed behind bars and her social security number would be "black listed".  not sure what that means.  but i dont feel like that would have been my business for him to tell ?

this guy called my home and cell phone at least 15 times a day and i finallyanswered the call yesterday and told the guy to quit calling me. he said his name was,,,some officer so and so, couldn't undertand him. He said he represented some legal lawyer service. I told him to stop harrassing me and i was reporting him to the police. He said his name was Ed Hardy one time, and he icks different names each time. caller id says +8 and it has also said +81-796-23-550. also 1-3. I am so sick of this guy calling me all the time. I am calling the police next time.and Then I am going to turn it over to the FBI. He is such a harrassing jerk.

I keep getting a call from this number. The man is foreign and I could hardly understand him, He said is name was Paul and he was with the state investigation department, Very rude when leaving me voicemails. The line has static on it and their is an echo.

This person called saying I owed $871 to cash advanced usa and refused to give me any paperwork showing this.  Threatened me when I told them that I did not have that and would not pay anything without documentation in writing.  I hung up

I received a call this morning which really upset me.  the gentleman told me i owed money to a payday loan company.  I have payday loans online but I always pay it off when it's due so I don't know what he's talking about.  It was a Nick Robertson who called my home at 5:30am Hawaii time this morning.  He threatened to take me to court and will cost $700,000 or pay $600.00+ to resolve the problem.  I told him I would contact my attorney and hung up.

These calls are total scam operations!  I received a call (call showed up on my caller ID as 911) about a month I got saying I had a lawsuit from cashnetUSA and this was the callback number.  They even called my mother to tell her they were going to arrest her for my "non-repayment".  When I called them back I challenged him saying I could get bank records showing I had not received any "loan".  The guy told me I was a liar and to show up to court the following Monday.He gave me a case number then hung up.  I called the local courthouse and they said there are no such cases that have those numbers given to me and it most likely sounded like a scam operation.  Nothing further from these scammers until this morning when I get another call from this number with the same dialogue.  I just ignored it but am going to talk to the local police and report my ID as stolen.  Google "Cahsnet scam" and this will explain everything to you.

I received a call on my cell yesterday.  Indian male identified himself as Andrew Brooks with the State Invetigators office.  I immediately went and googled the phone number, saw it was a scam and confronted him.  Told him it was illegal to impersonate a govt official.  Also told him to remove my name from their calling list or they would get sued for harrassment.  He hung up.

I got the same call there not in the US. And there just trying get money from you..

Contacted this morning - the gentleman had a foreign accent.  Indicated that there was a fraud complaint filed against me.  I told him that I would have my attorney contact him and he said
hold on and then hung up.

TELL THEM AN UNMANNED DRONE HAS LOCKED IN OF THEIR FACILITY AND WITHIN 2-3 MINUTES THEIR FACILITY AND THE SURROUNDING 5 MILE AREA WILL BE DESTROYED, THAT FREAKED THEM OUT AND THEY HUNG UP.

I had the same call come to me. I told them my lawyer will be contacting you, they said fine have them call the number and said if they don't, your in big trouble

When you call them back, it says you have activated call trace and that your number will be forwarded to your local law office.... it said that with a really broken English and there is a lot of static noise

they have called me at least ten times today.told my husband that we won money.i had the same problem by a different number last month.a 707,number.my husband just called them harrasing them.

Did you contact the police? I have had several calls saying there is a charge on me. I can barely understand them. I am a teacher and my boss got real upset with them on the phone.

Yes thay have been calling me for 2 days now saying the somethingi have had it before too but I don't know what to do about them knowing my den what did you do

I was receiving these calls a few months back-became very bothersome even calling my work multiple times a day.  My boss spoke with them several times as well.  I finally called my atty and they took the number and told me to have them call them directly.  Once I brought up my atty and police to these scammers-they blocked my number and didn't call me back.  I tried multiple times and numbers to reach them but somehow I wasn't able to get through anymore.  BUT....I rcvd another call a few days ago from a number that wouldn't let me call it back and then today one on my cell phone that I ignored and then rcvd one at work.  I answered the one at work and was extremely nice to them and asked them to hang on just a second and that I was so glad they called because I had something for him.  "Michael Brown" was so thrown off by this that he asked what I was getting for him, (while I was looking up my atty's #), I just stalled him and asked what the name of his company was again, he said he was a police officer and he would give me the name of his company when I called back and that I had some very serious charges against my name.  I laughed and told him I had the number ready for him and he said ok whose number it was, I told him my atty and gave him the name and just so he knew that the police were in on this too.  He hung up.  So of course, me wanting to bother them as much as they had bothered me, I called back.  They answered some long atty name.  I said, "I'm sorry, what was that name again"  They stuttered and said umm, Richards Law Firm.  I asked where they were located, they said Texas.  And I asked what city, he stuttered again and said Ft. Worth.  I laughed and said, "really now...hummm, well you need to take my number off your system because I have contacted my atty and the police and you have no rights to contact me."  Of course, they hung up!  My suggestion is to answer and harass them back with kindness!  If you act mean or upset by it at all, they play off of that, they get very mean and threaten.  They threatened that they were very sorry for what was going to happen to me and that I needed to watch out.  I asked what exactly they were going to do to me, he wouldn't answer with details but kept saying it would ruin my life. I even tried to get their fax number last time so i could bother them that way too.  I told them I was going to fax over a copy of my credit card but they caught on and refused to give it to me.  Have fun with these crazy people, they are NUTS!!!!  I just want them to call me again so I can keep building my case. These people need to be stopped but I have a feeling its not going to happen.  Just keep feeding them useless information to throw them off or come up with whatever clever ideas you can.  They will stop eventually.

I just received 10 phone calls on my cell phone back to back from a Nathan Brooks. I didn't answer since I know I didn't owe anyone any money and I was at work. He never left a message. I googled the phone number, then blocked my number and called back.
It rings directly to voicemail and says "you have reached Nathan Brooks leave your number and I will call back"

If someone calls with an Indian accent and gives you a English name you know it is a scam.

there is not operator it is his voice from the thif that is trying to take my money don't give them any of your information

Total scam.  It happened to me about a month ago and it just started up again.  Google "cashnet cam"  and this will explain things further.  I'm going to talk with the local police about my calls as well as try to file for ID theft.  What these scammers don't know is my wife and I hold Associate's degrees in Criminal Justice and know quite a few police, attorneys, judges, etc. so they better be ready for a fight if I find these people...

This man with an accent is calling me telling me to call my attorney I am going to be sued. They have my information and calling my job repeatedly. They also calling from other numbers. Which is so weird. Thet are claiming I'm being sued and that is not the case. I don't owe anyone to be sueing me.
