pushy rude speaker. says they are willing to lower our credit card rate because of our on-time payments. When questioned about which credit card company, she replied they covered all visa and master cards. BA, capitol one, chase, target, wallmart...all cards. They would lower rates on ALL the cards we had?.YES she replied. Told her we didn't believe that. Then the caller replied she'd put us on 'the declined offer list' and we wouldn't be eligible for 6 months. I called that blackmail and she became upset. Still wouldn't name the particular credit card company paying her wages. Insisted all cards would be lowered. She ended call after insisting I wasn't listening and if I would stop talking over her I would have known for which card company she worked.
