Found the number on my caller id.

Recorded message for carpet cleaning specials in our area.

I'm guessing is some sort of survey, see who answers their phone and sell those numbers to telemarketers as numbers with a higher chance to reach someone and sell something to them..

Caller called me offering sex services and llama grooming services...weird

Same thing.  Also getting same type of phantom call from a 208 Boise number.  Never anyone there.  Phishing of some sort, I'm guessing.

There's a special place in hell for the jerkoffs who use 818 100 5000 to harass us. And a special place in hell for the FCC and legislators who allow this crap to continue. And an extra special place in hell for money-grubbing corporations like AT&T who make money from this sort of sh*t.

Multiple with no messages

I finally picked it up (I've never answered it before) and it was a call about carpet cleaning. I don't remember the name of the company, if any.

Seriously, how can someone just call whoever they want to whenever they want to without leaving any messages as to what the call is about, and do it all from a "fake" number that you can't call them back on? And when I answer the call I get a moment of nothing and then it hangs up. Isn't that the very definition of "HARASSMENT"?!?!

What kind of low life pond scum a$$hole actually spends their time and money doing things like this? Get a real job and stop harassing people!!!! Put your energies into doing something legitimate!

I get calls from this number every day. No one is on the line and then it's disconnected.

I just got a call from what is obviously a fake number.  No way to call and complain.  Is that legal?

This number  (UNKNOWN NAME) calls me once a week, I have never answered. They do not leave a message.

I answered, and no one was there.  Called the number back, and it said the number was not in service.

Rung me twice at 2 hr interval--I did not answer--party left no message.
