As lazy as the physicians... Just long blank stayed on line she finally says hello & i say yes?... then she hangs up. Talk of confrontation!!!! Just going through the motions so they can say "so he says" I wont block; maybe they can brown nose and suggest what to change in my diet...

This is from a private  Anthem office in  N. Calif. .   3 calls  w/ 1 mssg left on my private cell.   I'm an Anthem customer, but in another state. The mssg left a name and another #  (and extension ) to phone, stating he was Case Management.   When I looked up 888-613-1130 (the number left) , it shows it's for  Anthem "Referrals" and "Transplant Oncology", neither of which apply to me.  I instead phoned the # on back of my own Anthem card.  Nightmare getting thru to an agent. Told her this story & asked if vaild, or why Calif would have my #.  She told me there were no notes in my file, didn't know what it was for, then apparently dialed the # while I was on hold...   so I got to hear the private office # answer machine ask me to lv message and diconnect call.  Obviously not happy w/ Anthem right now.    Looopy.

Calling to find out if me or my dependent has any other insurance

Repeated calls to my cell phone number from 818-234-2345. Beeping sound only, then hang up. No message left if unanswered. No caller ID name shown. I called the number and got an after-hours recording for Anthem Healthcare, or something like that. So far it's been three such calls within an hours' time.

I also just got a call from this number to my cell phone. I didn't hear any beeping though, just silence. Strange.

The number belongs to Blue Cross of California in Pacoima

Anthem Blue Cross, followup on care recieved in hospital visit.

got a call just now from this number. called back, led to after hr voice mail from Anthem Blue Cross. i was in the hospital yesterday. so, it's probably to follow up on that. but it's weird because no message was left and the call was after hours.

This number called me 3 times at 2:00 AM -- very annoying - didn't answer unless they left a vm -- never did.
