A man with a very thick Indian accent called my cell phone asking for my husband by name (he has his own cell phone btw). We were told the same scripted threats about being arrested etc. My husband asked the man what law firm he represented, where it was located, his name and direct line number. The man's response was to call my husband a SOB and hung up on us.

There has GOT to be away to stop this kind of harassment!!!

a man calling himself David Foster saying write this number down 818-275-1187 and I was to call and talk to a Carl Cooper and would going to be arrest me and would loose my job. I have no ideal what he is talking about.

I SURE WISH THESE PEOPLE WOULD QUITE CALLING ME TELLING ME I'M GOING TO GO TO JAIL IF I DON'T GO GET ME A GREEN DOT CARD AND PAY THEN 450.00 THEY SAY THEY R WITH SOME FEDERAL LAW OFFICE BUT ALL THEY R IS SOME RAG HEAD'S TRYING TO SCAM PEOPLE OUT OF SOME MONEY THEY REALLY NEED TO GET A LIFE.

I get the same message as everyone else. Today I got one that stated papers were sent 45 days ago and I didn't take action. So now, the local sheriffs office is going to b sent to my place of employment and I will lose my job and go to jail for a long time. The guys that call have very American names but speak very poor broken English with a thick Indian accent. They never say the name of their company. I always delete the msg. Maybe one day I'll call back and say that I've contacted my attorney and am suing them for harassment! Please, do not pay them any money or give them any info. SCAM!!!!

I have a voicemail mail from this #. The guy said paperwork that was sent 45 days ago was ignored and cops will be at place of employment and legal action will be taken. I have calls from other #s but its always the same "script". I said when I can talk to someone who speaks English then we can go from there. He called back and left me a VERY nasty voicemail

I got a call and some guy wanted my credit card number to pay a bill.
No way would I give it him.
And they use different numbers. They tell me the sherriff will come to my house and arrest me.
I would suggest, that you get Life lock. There are differernt plans.
And the best plan you can pay just $10 a month.

These guys are idiots, they say they are federal attorneys. i asked one of them arabs to give me his federal attorney number and all he gave me was 9999. i told him he was full of s*** and he told me to go f*** my momma lol. he got mad when i told his a** to learn english.

some idiot  with an indian accent keeps calling me from different numbers this time today he called twice from
818-275-1187  he left a message because i did not answer claiming  that its a legal matter that if i or my attorney  have to call back right away as soon as i recieve this message and if not i'm gonna be arrested , the cops are going to my place of employment and take me to jail thats funny i'm disabled and have not worked in 6 years  , so i called back and asked why i was left a threatening message on my phone he then asked for my name i, i told them i wasn't giving my name until i ws told of the nature of the call so i said i will give you the number you called me at and you tell me my name and reason for call he then hung up scams.

Yes these people are calling my daughter as well. They state that they will have her arrested and put behind bars for a long time. They call none stop. I try to block the number and they will call from a different number.

Got the same call as everyone else.  Very annoying.  Same ladies calls three or more times a day.  I just let it go to voicemail and then delete it.

These people need to get a real job.

They called me today have all my info I never did a loan.  Asked me to get a green dot card and send 300 dollars.

Started calling me today saying I was sent notification and if I don't send in $350 today (2/14/13) a police will be on my job to arrest me. I didn't remember writing a check for $1000. But my superviser wasn't at work to verify. I CALLED the Sheriff Department. THEY had no record. I CALLED the better business bureau and that led me to Google the number. And Bam, I believe we have been scammed! Did they tell you to send some money? $350 is what they asked for! The devil is a liar!

I have been getting similar calls and knowing IF ANYBODY is going to arrest you-they will NOT CALL AND TELL YOU! This is VERY ANNOYING!!!!!!!!
