I just got a call from this number but didn't answer. Came here to check out who it was. It most definitely is a scam since I do not even have any credit cards!

Credit card information phishing scam operation. They need to add "criminal activity" to the call type menu.

I got this call on my cell phone and used up precious minutes hearing the recording "This is Heather at Account Services... blah blah". I hung up, and added 818-420-8309 to the growing list of numbers for which the ring tone is "no ring." That's the only way I know of stopping this nuisance from bothering me again.

Phone Phishing....probably not legit service. Answered call, got automated message about lowering the interest rate on my"credit card" (very generic, raised the red flag there) and message stated to press 1 to talk to a rep or 2 to no longer get notified...to increase the buzz they said this was my last notification to take advantage of this offer....whoopie!

people trying to get all your credit card and bank account information, they say they can lower your interest rate on all your credit cards if you have a balance over $3,500. seems like a good idea, but they got very pushy when i told them i would like to contact my actual credit card provider itself. beware!
