I got a call today from 8184735921  saying I need an attorney and too get in tpuch with them asap and if I didnt shame on me.I called back and voicemail.This really upset.me .I blocked.this number he was a foriegn huy.I pray something can be done about
this.

I got a phone call wanting me to verify my information, I still have the voice mail, claims IRS has a 2037.00 refund for me, they identified themselves as both IRS & Internal Revenue Service, the number they told me to call is 818-453-2572,I called the number back, it was a voice mail, saying IRS and they lady had an accent & her voice mail was full. Scam?

The same number called me CLAIMED TO BE THE IRS & THEY HAVE A REFUND 2300.00 and a lady with accent says this is the IRS but her mailbox was full??? ~what the heck?? SCAM!!!

I recived a call from a man stating he was John Hudson saying.I owe a application fee of 350 dollars..he also told me that if I do not pay this money right now I will have a warrent for my arrest I belived this man.at first I needed to call my mom and this man told me if.I hang up I will have a warrent out for me so as I was on the phone I texted.my mom and told her get to my house now! She said of sounded like a scam so I called my husband and told him he came home for lunch and called this John Hudson and he tells my husband it a line to call for donations???? Not to mention how rude and mean he was these people need to be arrested!!!

RECEIVED SEVERAL CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER WHEN I ANSWERED A MAN WHO BARELY SPEAKS ENGLISH SAID THAT HE WAS HOLDING A COURT DOCUMENT IN HIS HAND FROM A PAYDAY LOAN I RECEIVED, BECAUSE I HAVENT RECEIVED A PAYDAY LOAN I KNEW THIS WAS SOME CRAP HOWEVER HE DID GIVE ME MY FULL SOCIAL AND TODAY HE CONTACTED MY WORK.  THEREFORE I HAVE CONTACTED THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, 3 REPORTING AGENCIES. BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND FRAUD INVESTIGATION DETECTIVES IN MY LOCAL AREA.  IF YOU KNOW WHAT ELSE I NEED TO DO PLEASE CONTACT ME

I recieved a call this morin saying that I have 3 Lawsuits agains me. They had my SS# and info. They advices me that I  and needed to speak to an attorney name John Hudson. at 818-453-2572. Calling with an Indina accent.
When I call the number I keep having an answering machine, then  The person called me back and says that I should be waiting for 10 minitues to speak to him. He never answers.
The tird time he called, I told him That I was not aware about a lawsuit and since they were not willing to give me the info, I told them that I will report them and their number to the police, the he sudently told me that they knew where I was working and will contact my employer so I can get fired. i got a call from this man claiming to be John Hudson said i owe a loan and told me my social security number my address and said i need an attorney.  When i called back he was extremly rude and i hung up.  I then called back he would not answer, I called from another number he answered; I asked for his address he put me on hold and some lady called from a whack number and I hung up on her. Who can i call about this; some crazy messed up loonatic has my social security number

I got a call this morning and the guy yelled at me and cussed me out... calling me a "B" and all other obscenities. When will these people stop. They an all be jailed for this, and I refuse to let this go unknown. I am reporting them to the news stations, the radio stations, and all local government agencies. They will be punished for this.

These people have called me for the past 2 weeks, at work yet!  They have indian accents and you can hardly understand a word they say.  I did talk to one guy that I could make out some of what he said....this is an urgent legal matter, you have 3 lawsuits against you and a warrant out for your arrest, giving me my social security number, home address, etc.  The police will come to you place of employment, take you to jail, and you will lose your job, what do you think about that?  To which I replied I didn't appreciate being threatened and hung up.  I actually do have an attorney, I spoke with them and they said that they are scammers.  I then also gave the info to a police officer I know to see what could be done.  What a crock!!!  These people should be in jail themselves!!!

yeah i just got a call from them and they said that i had a lawsuit pending and that they wanted my attorney to call them or me and talk to them. I called them back and they read my me full social number which scares me. I called the placer county sheffifs department and an officer took a report and called the people back and left a voicemail. so i think i scared them :) Anyway they said they cant do anything about it really untill they use your social number for fraud. But i am glad i called them and i hope they are scared now.

i just recieved a phone call from them to just recently and they said i have a lawsuite that i need an attorney present. and when i ask for their real name and company name they would not give me info. they said i owe money from cash advance and my bank has not findings that i have any money from this people and did not take any loan from this company they are total scammers. when i said i will call the business bureau he wont respond and hang up on me.

I received a call from them saying the same thing,and they have my full social security number which is scary! Wow. They're of Indian descent. They need to be locked up !

I just got that same number and they called my job they said my #ss and my address this is crazy and he was rude too said I owe 400.00 in 2006. this is a scam I am reporting this to better business company.said I owe a payday loan.what the what I never heard of this.

These people are scammers they no good they got my info calling my job stating I owe them 400.00 never heard of these people. I trying to turn them in to Better Busines in 2006 they say I have a debt cant understand they lanuage and he hug up in my face. stupid scammers.

Got a call from who's they say is John Hudson, advising me that I have a lawsuit against me for a $400.00 loan in which I never took out a loan. They also read me my last four digits of my social security number, my current employer, as well as my residing address, I returned the call as they were really rude. A reverse search of the phone number (818)453-2572 shows that the number is a lanline and is out of the city of Van Nuys California off of Oxnard St. A few blocks away from Sepolveda Blvd. If anyone has any other information they would like to discuss over this matter in an attempt to find out whose behind these scams please fill free to email me @ vicpda@gmail.com as the description type Scam#(818)453-2572

A Robert Foster from this phone number called us at 5:30am this morning (!!!!!!) asking for my 18 year old son.  We said he wasn't home (he was in bed).  He said he wants to talk with him about a lawsuit.

Arrest these people for harrassing us!

I received several calls from this number a Mr. jack marshall states that I have 3 pending lawsuites on my ss# and that I need to contact them but the two individuals that called me have foriegn accents beware I think they are scammers.
