Just got another annoying telephone call from 818-813-7225. When I answer, they stay on the line but don't say anything. When I say hello again, they hang up.

Got a call from this number. My wife answered. They asked for me by getting my name wrong. When my wife asked what is was regarding the caller said he had a personal message for me. He told my wife his name was Tim McGuinness & that I would know what it was about. When my wife said it was suspicious that he wouldn't tell her what it was about, he just abruptly repeated that I would know what is was about and he hung up.
