Keep getting calls saying summons to go to court for Theft by Deception related to some loan company I never heard of and which he spoke so quickly I could not understand.  Guy swears from sheffiff's department and I got a summons.  Real joke because they are served in person in my county.  Called right back and when I didn't answer, left a message to call 818-666-8842.

I guess that raises the first red flag that they are using that name with you and using the name The Legal Department with me. Trying to say that they are going to sue me for not paying back a online payday loan.-That I never had by the way.
