This guy actually had me going.  I couldn't understand him, so I politely asked 3 times for someone who spoke English -- I insulted him.  He claimed to represent a cash advance company that we had used.  However, he did have ALL my personal information, which now makes me need to go to Social Security to change my number.... I have contacted the FBI, this guy is going down.

I have also received threatening calls from the above number and 530-884-2914, what scares me is they have all of my personal info. Please report if you are a victim.

Ok so I sent a complaint to the FBI they called me back in like two minutes this is what I had to do..

I had to put a fraud alert on all three of my credit bureaus..

if they have your checking call and freeze it until you can change the bank acct.
thirdly fo to the ftc.gov and file a complaint there as well.... click on identit theft

The name they gave was Dominic Jones with a fax number of 954-756-7043

They called me from that same number sayin they wanted my attorneys info so they could fax my so called case I couldn't understand them I asked them to repeat themselves they just kept getting mad and sayin the same stuff over and over wouldn't give me any specific details they also got all my info I reported them to the fbi
