Attempt to secure credit information using the ruse of corporate credit lending. Recorded message sounded like it was made by someone with a wad of sh*t in his mouth. I left a message stating the message was just received at a number which appears on the federal DNC list and I was next reporting the caller for not washing their telemarking lists. Will it matter once reported? Only if others do the same! Visit donotcall.gov and click on File a Complaint on the left, vertical menu.

asked them to quit calling they do not listen.I am on a no call list alot of good they do?

If you accept credit cards and and want to lower your rate...blah..blah..blah!!

credit card stuff - scam? Anoying - YES!

Recorded message. Didn't listen to any of it. The phone number said 'If you received a telemarketing call, you are on our customer list. Leave your phone number and it will be removed.' Which tactic, I figure is fishing for valid numbers.

On the Internet I looked up the so-called company by the name of Ace Corp. - They are in Canoga Park, California - At least that's what the phone number shows where they supposedly exist.  "Ace Corp." called me today, Monday, February 25, 2008 and didn't leave a message since my answering machine was on and I also have Caller I. D.

Recording w/option at the very tail-end of the salespitch to push "1" to speak or "8" to be put on do not call.  WHY ARE THESE COMPANIES STILL BEING ALLOWED TO IRRITATE AND WASTE THE TIME OF THE AMERICAN PUBLIC?

They call at least once a week with credit card sales info. It's all on VM and very annoying

answered call, nobody there. we get this at least 3 times a week from just this number, several other calls from other numbers result in same outcome as well... same company maybe?

I get calls all the time from 800/866 numbers that leave no message or a recording. I live in Canada, and most calls show a US id (California, Arizona, Maryland). Some show Quebec or Manitoba. I don't even know anybody in those places.

My solution: I don't answer the phone. If it's somebody important, they'll leave a message.

Solicitors should be banned from telephones.

Another "factory warrenty on your vehicle is about to expire"  call.  I couldn't get anyone on the line.

it's a company posing as a warranty extension for your car. They will never stop calling and if you even think of questioning them they hang up on you.

I have been receiving calls from this number both at work and home for about two weeks.  I don't pick up numbers that start with 818.  Both work and home are on the "Do Not Call List". Whoever you are GO AWAY!

Recorded message about free money from foundations.  Very annoying.  I left them a nice long message, figuring I could at least run up their phone bill.

Very long message recorded by very drunk individual peddling corporate credit lines.  No opt out option.

Telemarketing -- credit card processing.  Called back but got reorder tone and number out of service message.

Listened to the message- trying to get us to accept visa and master card in our business. this is the 3rd time i have requested to have our number taken off their calling list. the only thing i had to do was "push 8" and was supposed to be removed immediately.

This lady was really rude! Complete b***h.
