How do we stop these calls?   We are on the Do Not Call List.

Per the Federal Trade Commission do not ever push any buttons and just hang up.  Robocalls are illegal and you as long as you keep pressing buttons they will continue to call.  These scam calls are annoying however I have taken the liberty to hang up on everyone.  They are only a nuisance if you let them get to you.

Just got the second call of the day from them...another stupid line about lowering credit card apr.  I pressed 1 to get a customer service rep, told her I would like to be taken off of their list and as is customary of these jerks, she hung up on me...
Is there no end to this crap?  They are all certainly on a roll today!!!

i'm sick of these calls. who do we report it to? She asked me if I wanted to lower my rate. I said sure, what bank do you represent? Click- that B*tch hung up on me!!!

SNFN GRHL is the name of the Scammers Group calling you with this number 818-900-0900.

I've stopped reporting these people. It doesn't seem to do any good. It's happening more & more over the last couple years.

A new number in a long list of scam calls. "Unknown Name"  on the caller ID.  Thank you to those who post. My fax machine will pick up again if they call.

Same as everyone else. Does not ID who they are on the robo-part of the call. Ask for a rep and they are very rude.

I just got this call a few minutes ago for the millionth time.  I pressed 1 to speak to customer services and ask to removed...she hung up on me.
Now I'm pissed off!!

When I requested to be removed from the call list, the rep got very snippy and rude.
