CALLER ID "Maximus Elite Mrtg" never leaves a message hangs up on the second ring

Several calls from this number on my cell phone. no messages left. I've never answered

8189610250 called my unlisted 'burner' cell phone. No message no name on caller i.d.

had a message left to my phone but was very garbled as to where he was calling from.  Msg was that " he had my file" and had questions.  Left a number but it was not a current number...
