Just got a call from this number, saying I was in the market for a new call or something. They knew my name and address, what is going on? How did they get their hands on my information?

Got this call saying i'm approved to buy a car?!? WTF?? I haven't applied or looked for a car online or anywhere at all. I had a call before this talking about my pay day loan that i never took out. I hope they're not taking my identity or anything!!!
