Received a call from this number. I didn't answer it. But I called back and it said WN positions and it was automated. I just hung up. Sounded like a scam.

Just missed a call from this number, and decided to look it up. I go a text yesterday from 912-293-5445 asking if I still do "auto cad for hire." Wondering if the two are in any way connected?

I just received a call from 828-202-7265. It took a minute for the call to connect, which lets me know it was a telemarketing call. Joseph let me know he was calling me about the recent survey I completed online for employment opportunities. I politely informed Joseph that I was already employed and don't take online surveys and for him to remove me from his list. He just sat there with no response so I ended the call.
From the above posts it sounds like he was going to ask for personal information to "get me a job". I hope no one falls for this scam. I don't understand how people can just give out their info to anyone who asks.

They called me too, Saying I participated in an online survey which I never did. Wanting to place me in a job in our local area. I asked to be removed from their calling list.

I recieved had missed call from this number and called back but blocked my number though got automated answering service then a guy came in and sounded just luke the sytem talking bout i was onlune and requested job seeking services right? I said no he continued about being a staffing agency that could get me employed.I'm already employed! What's goin on? people really need to get real jobs and stop scamming people...

IDAHO FALLS ? Numbers from the Federal Trade Commission show identity theft is increasing in Idaho and nationwide. Read more
BOISE ? The Idaho Department of Labor is warning workers about a possible identity theft scam involving calls from a Blackfoot telephone number about a survey on a job fair or finding work.
The department has heard from at least two job seekers ? both veterans ? who say the callers identified themselves as representatives of the department and asked for their Social Security numbers and personally identifiable information.
The department is not conducting a survey at this time and when it does never asks for Social Security numbers.
Blackfoot police said a phone number ? (208) 980-7065 ? is one of many phone numbers set up by a company called WN Positions.
Reporters from the Idaho State Journal placed several calls to the Blackfoot number, and one was rerouted to an office in Florida.
Idaho job seekers should never give out personal information over the phone, and anyone who receives a suspicious phone call is urged to report it to the local police department, Idaho State Attorney General?s Office and the Better Business Bureau.

Claimed that I purchased a Walmart Gift Card and stated that I showed interest in employment.
First question asked was if I was 18 years or older. Now, that information should have already been known.
Played around and acted dumb for a minute or so before I ended the call.
