I received a call from this number.  Usually don't answer unknown numbers but since it was local to me, I did. The heavily accented lady said I had registered my number on their website.  I stopped her and told her I didn't register my number for anything.  She said so sorry but then continued to pitch the Prize I won.  I blew up.  I better never get another call from the.
