began getting these same calls from Dexter Scott and also a John Brown yesterday afternoon at place of employment. this is the number that they told me to call. 360-483-5131. i called them back to get info and they refused and told me they had already sent it to an email that no longer exists. we told them we wouldnt give them banking info but would pay through western union to try and get an address from them. we were told that they would give us the address when we got to Walmart and not before them. I kept telling them I wouldn't pay unless they could prove the debt and they kept hanging up on me. I kept calling them back and then he threatened me that they would start calling my work the next day. he called me first thing this morning and said "are you going to give me my money?" and I told him when he sent me proof, I would. he then said he was gong to blow up my work phone and get me fired. so then he tied up our work lines - over 100 phone calls in a few minutes. he was rude and threatening and told me they were going to continue blowing up my work phone. he was repeatedly told not to call back and proceeded to call our receptionist a "f*^%ing, lying, B*@#ch. they would call back and sing and yell my name, etc. I finally called the sheriff's dept and they did some research and found that it was a prepaid cell phone out of Tacoma WA but who knows where they are.  I was also told that I owed $715 yesterday but he told the sheriff that it was $685 from an online payday loan from 2011. these people are horrible and I hope no one pay them ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they haven't called anymore since the sheriff called them. fingers crossed that they have moved on. sorry to whoever that is!!!! I am located in Lima Ohio.

Scammers who call up demanding social security number and other personal information.  They claim to be from the US Government DFF Investigations unit.  They say they're calling from North Carolina, but one admitted he was calling from India.

This company is call my work place and tighing up all the lines.  They will not send any documentation.  The guys name is adrian walker, he will not give out any time of information, but he want you to pay the loan.  He gave me information to send western union, I spoke to him about it and it told me I could not use that infomation.  I would have to call when I have the monies and get new information.  I do not feel comfortable in doing that.  I need to know I one can stop this person from doing that.

This number keeps calling our number looking for some collection issue. When we asked to have the number removed he became abusive and refused to remove it. When I said remove it or I will report him he said he would keep calling it just to  annoy us.

Claims to be the legal department yet swears at me and hangs up.

they claim to be 2 different people one name Michael Golden and his supervisor is supposedly Phillip Carter.  They are calling my home and my work and being rude to my coworkers and my supervisor. They say they are from the investigative dept of Cash Advance.com and that i will be sued for not repaying a payday loan.  When I ask for documentation to be sent to me or the name of the specific company, since he says Cash Advance is the parent company, he got real nasty, and would not or could not give me the name.  I asked how much was the original loan, he said $300, I told him I dont' know anything about it, then he proceeds to tell me the last 4 digits of my SSN, and other info and says how do you think i have your info.  I told him he could have harvested my info from anywhere, that he could be anybody, I don't know who you are and he refuses to give any written communication until after i have paid him money and the acct. is marked paid in full.  He has threatened court and to continue to call my job.   The number comes up on caller id as being from Ashville, NC.  What can I do to stop these crooks?

you have rights if they call your work it is illegal good thing your reported it but no one can find them

they say they are from cash advance i have contacted cash advance ecause i have never recieved a loan or any payday loan. cash advacne admitted that there is a world wide scam. let them know you have contacted the federal trade comission and you need to send them a cease of contact order and they will quickly deny anything and stop taking your calls also. and call and harass them its funny what they come up with lol

have recieved many calls from PATRICK at this number and was told that 1) he was  from soc security 2) he was investagating me for not repaying \a payday loan that I never got and he would call my employer every hour untill I repaid the loan and also that I would need a very good criminal  attorney.

Yeah the same thing happened to me today while I was in class. This guy with a Middle Eastern accent called me and threatens to take me to court for and original loan amount of $300 representing Cash Advance's ?parent? company US Cash Express. I was confused because I don't owe anyone $300 worth of anything. So I called Cash Advance and they had neither information about me nor any legal action involving me. So I called back and the debt amount was increased to $630. I then asked how did the price increase and the guy started being incredibly rude. I told them I was not going to pay them so they started calling my old job nonstop for 30minutes until my former manager was forced to call the FCC. I finally had enough and contacted the FTC and my local police department. They need to be locked away for harassment!!!!

I don't know this man he is calling our company and blocking all the lines and no one owes him anything

Called my employee consistently for three hours telling her she owed a debt. Threatened her and cussed her. As her supervisor, I intervened and explained the calling would need to cease. Calls didn't stop for another hour...until I was "extremely" ugly. We relayed we knew it was a scam and that the authorites were now involved. He (Rodney Jackson) has not called back.

They called me too and told me I owed money and they were gonna arrest me.  I called the state attorney general's office on them.

Same Harrasing Stuff in a gov't agency # Threatening. EVERYBODY in the office. Wont talk to the person he is calling about. Told me I was a F%&*ing Liar. Highway patrol is now involved.

Called my phone several times using foul language and also calling my job. I am contacting an attorney to find out what I can do about this.

Won't stop calling. Keep calling me at work. Won't give me any information about the money I supposedly owe them. Just keeps up with the harassing calls and threats.

Some jack-a** name Andrew (indian accent)calls non stop on my cell and called numerous times at my place of employment. He says he's from the investigated dept. regarding my social #? He's left a bunch of messages saying he's going to "blow up" my work #. I had it with this loser so I've contacted our local police department and the Ashville, Nc PD., which I'm sure this is going to be passed to the FBI, since they have already commited bank/wire fraud and I'm sure plenty of fcc laws. Worst part about this is there are people actually fall for these types of crooks. I have more respect for a thief that does his crime in person than a loser like this hiding behind a phone. Love to be there when the feds kick their boiler room doors down...

I posted earlier as this was happening to me today as we speak...they called my entire office and then finally I called the local investigation department at the police station and had the detective call them. I hope this works as another poster said...but you arent the only person this is happening too and i have since become paranoid and wont do anything online! I deleted accounts and changed passwords...the whole nine!

THis number has called my job and harassed me...now he is calling everyone's extension trying to reach me...it is insane and he says he is going to keep calling me at work until i listen to him...umm...dont know who this is or why they are calling me...
