The calls come twice a day within an hour of each other. Iritating as the devil. They give you the option of hanging up immediately if you are not the person they have named. I do so and still get the calls.

Whatever you do, DON"T give them banking info or agree to give them money. Demand that they submit validation in writing through the US Mail. Until they do, don't discuss anything else with them.

Ignore them, block the call, never ever call them.
They called here asking for an employee who is on the payday loan scam list. These people are relentless and will threaten as much as it takes to get money out of people for non-existent "debts".

These people keep calling my cell phone and when they leave a message it's computerized. I wish they would stop calling me. What do I need to do?

Keeps calling.. calls like twice a week. I told them to stop calling.. I dont have any outstanding accounts (payday loans) . Threatens further action, PLEASE DO.. I want to go to court in order to get you to stop calling me.

These people are criminals. They go around and steal purses and wallets and then use that information against you. They are trying to steal not only money, credit card information, but also people's identity. If you are getting these call please contact the Asheville Police Department. This is a total scam.

Research shows these people are BAD NEWS- the kind that threaten to have you arrested and ignore requests to stop calling, discuss your"case" with your employer, etc. They try to collect old payday loan accounts, the newest and best collections scam on the market these days. BEWARE.
