I continuously get calls from this number about a hopsital I've never even been to or heard of. And their scare tactics just don't work with me. It is illegal in the state of North Carolina to try to "scare" someone into paying a bill. The last call was from a guy named Chris that told me the local sherriffs office would be at my door with a. subpeona today, the same thing another one of these tried pulling 3 months ago. HA what a joke! The next time I get a call from them they will be hearing from my attorney for harrassment.

Some of these Trinity Hope employees sound more like Nigerian scammers or otherwise uneducated in the English language, with their "there" misspelled words "works", or they are typing comments on a stupid Kindle Fire...

I received a call from two different people from this company and both times I talked to them they were so rude and were telling me that if they didn't receive a payment they should send the sheriff to my house and have me arrested for not paying my medical bill. I then told them they would not receive a payment until I receive a statement stating how much I owe. Then they had the nerve to hit my account after my husband told them not to until we receive a statement. Well I just want you Tonya and Toni to know that y'all are both rude and hateful and y'all act like y'all want to help but as soon as I asked for a written statement y'all both became very hateful toward me and toward my husband! I think y'all are both unprofessional and y'all need to lose y'all job because with a job like what y'all have you should have more mannerism and respected for you customers!

Why would I need to give them any information?  If they are a debt collector, wouldn't they already have that information that the bill has been settled?

Trinity Hope debt collection is not professional. They do not prove you owe the debt. Very rude on the phone. Can tear your nerves up. There is something one surely can do!!!!!!! Wait Five years to say you owe a debt from a hospital. I call the hospital no debt on record that is owed.

Notice that entries from them on this string are all in caps? No proffesional agency would use cap locks for an entire message.

I received a call from them at 630am mst. I have contacted an attorney about callin me before 8am.

They have been calling me and I explained my bank told me there was no reason why you should have my card information or social security number and when I said I'll pay cash you said I couldn't that it had to be out of my account an with the information would be taking it out on 22nd. I had to have my card number changed I didn't have the amount you were going to take an I also no u asked for more then what I owe the hospital because I called them, and the last call you made to me you wouldn't give me an address an when I said I'm going to pay directly to the hospital you so I couldn't an that you are going to see that I have bad credit If I refuse to go through this company. You are not Christians you are money thieves. Everyone needs to block this number an pay directly to the sores of where they owe the bill.

That is who called me WTF is this about?

Got a letter in the mail today from a collection agency out of NC with this number listed, but have never received a call. The letter was a simple piece of paper, not professional in any way, even included typos. The letter was dated 1/13/12 but I just got it today 1/26/12, they also used my middle initial which I hardly ever use. The creditor is listed as a medical facility half way across the country that I have never been to or even heard of, let alone owe money to. I did have local medical bills about a year ago that have already been fully paid by my insurance. The creditor listed is also in the same field that my local bills were for. Some how they got a hold of my information (the listed amount owed is also very close to one of my bills already paid) and from what I've researched, are trying to scam me. Company listed is Trinity Hope Associates, PO Box 607 Hudson, NC 28638. Signed Marcelle Hicks, Collections Department, NC Dept of Ins Permit #4202.

Got a call today from a blocked number. I didn't answer. Same message everyone else got. Glad I checked out the call back #:) before I called back. I will NOT be dealing with them in any way, shape, or form! There tactics will only hurt them in the long run.

I just got a call from them today, but couldn't take the call.  When I tried to call back about 10 minutes later, there was no answer, and no voicemail picked up.  Some time ago, they contacted me about some money they said I owed to a local business.  However, I DID NOT owe money to that business, but Trinity Hope refused to help me work it out.  I paid some money to Trinity Hope, while trying to contact the other business to see what was going on.  Eventually, I stopped paying, and Trinity Hope owed me some money back.  I had to go to their office to get a check. The office was dirty, sparsely furnished, and had a non-professional look.

As the posts in this forum from Trinity Hope and their representatives show, these are probably not educated people.  Certainly, they are unprofessional, as indicated by the poor grammar and lack of punctuation in these posts, not too mention the unprofessional behavior mentioned by others in this forum.

You are apparently who owns the business though.  At least I was just told that by Tonya, whom by the way just called and harrassed me at my work.  If you are emplying these types of people you should get all this mail.  She called me repeatedly at my work, threatened me, then hung up on me when I questioned her.  All I wanted was information regarding this supposed debt.

Received a call from someone at Hope.  She was hollering and telling me that my husband's wages were going to be garnished.  I said he his not working she said I DON'T CARE!  you have money coming into the household from somewhere.  I am paying on several medical bills WHEN I GET A STATEMENT FROM THEM.  I have also worked with another collection agency and they don't talk like these people do.  RUDE, Threatening and LOUD....Sure makes me want to pay a bill....

I received a call today..they did not state why they were calling, just a name, a contact number and a case number...no reference at all to a debt collection, or anything else.   It sounded like a scam to me.  So, I reseached on the internet and found this information.  I tried to call them 3 times, but the phone just rang and rang; so, I just hung up.  The third time I stayed on the phone, and got a voicemail.  All it has is a mailbox number...no person's name or anything referring to a business.  This does sound very fishy.

Got my disable Dad to give them a check over the phone and told him he would being to jail over a Doctor bill if he didn't. Now they are calling back for more money from him. He's disable so I closed his bank account and told the to call my attorney and see them in court.
