The Do Not Call List law is a list of people who do not want telemarketing calls and a law making it illegal to call them.  For a scammer its just one more law to break.

Ask your phone provider how to block the calls.

I let answering machine get it and my 7 year old was checking it and it said *F*** you then* scared her anyone know how to block them I'm already on a do not call this how is it possible for this to keep happening?

A middle eastern man answered knowing my name and asked me to verify my zipcode as there was a promotion for home improvement in my area. I told them that wasnt my zipcode. ( somehow they did know it I denied it obviously) and he replied "oh well what's your zipcode there's a promotion there." I couldnt but laugh and told them I had no home he proceeded to hang up on me  immediately. Im not sure how they had my information but it was obvious lying a scam. Be aware.

Called back cursing when i said take me off your list.

They said they were from some type of Home Improvement company and the woman was clearly Indian. I asked to be added to their do not call list. She asked if she could talk and I said no thank you and repeated to be taken off their list. Then a man spoke called me some curses and hung up.

Called me and hung up when I said "Hello" after one ring. Caller ID said "NC, USA."
