Niagara region, Ontario.  Second call today where the middle digits were "123".  I usually don't answer any calls from unrecognized area codes but I'm adding the "123" bit to my rule-of-thumb.

Im in Washington and received this call at 11:22am, Nov. 4th.

I got a call on Nov.18 @ 12:48 pm from this number. I missed it, it called my cell. There was no msg. I live the niagara region! So I guess it wasn't just Toronto.

Call from 17-Nov-08 at 1:44pm and another from 602-123-4020 on 18-Nov-08 at 5:32 pm.  I've also received three calls from 0000000000.  I haven't answered any of them.

Toronto number, got mine at 12:19:25, silent, hung up after 5 secs.

i got this call on monday around 5:40pm. I recieved a second call from a very similar number today (tuesday around 7pm). I am from north of Toronto Ontario, and usually do answer numbers i dont know, due to looking for a job. Thank goodness i'm with Solo Moblie and when the number comes up it says where it is coming from. When I saw the first call was from Texas and the second from Arizona, i did not answer!

I'm located in the Niagara Region as well.. I got a call from this number today at 1:12pm. I didn't answer though, but my phone indicated it was coming from Texas. I'm not sure if it was just a wrong number or not.

They seem to have gotten a hold of a list of Toronto numbers, I got a call from this number yesterday and then another one from a different 123 number today.

I too received a call from this 830-123-4020 at 1331hrs on today's date.  Does anyone know where this call is generated from.  I don't recognize the area code.

yep interesting both my phones my work and personel cell are registered with bell .... i was freaked when both phones got calls from the same number to be honest

Recv'd call from this number 830-123-4020 on 11/17 at 6:58pm in Ontario Canada. Didn't bother answering as I knew it was a BS call. Today just got a call on my cell as well from the infamous 000-000-0000.
We in Canada have iniated the so called "no call list" which I belive takes appox. 30-60 days to take. I guess the telemarketers are getting their fill while they still can.

i got a call on my cell from this numbber and then half an hour later the same number called my work phone and left a message saying "hello whats going on" then they hung up

I recieved a call from this number today at 2:00pm, I live in Orangeville Ontario Canada, and Im with TELUS. I answered the phone, nobody was there so I hung up, and then I googled this number and found this site.

hi, i am in toronto and got this call on my phone at 1311 hours...no voice mail was lfet...i tried to call it back but said it is not in serviec

Just recieved another call from this number and again only a spanish message.Also get calls under 830-123-4020 with the same results.
These calls are coming through both of my cell phones which are unlisted and have only been published recently on the new DO NOT CALL list.
A little suspicious if you ask me.....
