Caller ID says Medina Lake, TX., I didn't pick up, but let it go to the answering machine and he/she/it did not leave a message but  waited a bit then hang up. Just annoying having to erase those non-messages from the answering machine.

Looked up their 800 number, 800-386-5148 and they said they would take me off their call list. We'll see.

These despicable creatures call every year claiming to be a charity who helps injured police officers and their families.  That is a lie.  They help themselves to about 95 cents on the dollar for "administrative fees."  They are horribly rude when you decline to donate.  That should be a red flag in itself.  Sadly, it is mostly elderly people who do not use the Internet to investigate calls like these and do not really accept that filth like these vile creatures really would use a "charity" to help injured police officers families to line their own pockets.   Capitalism at it's finest.  The owners of Walmart are probably jealous at the profit margins these "charities" "earn."

Pipe Creek TX. no answer

They called twice on a Saturday, said pipe creek tx. I never answer any call that I don't recognize. If they call again, I'm blocking them

Have been calling off and on for several months.  ID says Medina Lake.  I too blocked it.  Seems the 830 is one of the area codes our PD warned about some type of "scam".

There is a website that blocks these type of calls and is updated daily by reports from you and I. I have been using it for a couple of weeks and it WORKS! I report numbers almost daily to them! You can sign up for this service at NOMOROBO.COM. Hope you sign up and participate, so we can stop these unwanted calls!

The OFFENDER is TEXAS STATE FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE. They are soliciting for money, what a shock! This is a quote from the Better Business Bureau, copied from their website, " The BBB does not consider this organizaion to be a charity". TELEMARKETERS!  You can call them and request to be placed on their DO NOT CALL LIST! I have notified NOMOROBO and reported them as telemarketers.

I called the 1-830-476-0060 back , finally got a guy to talk after I kept saying hello and who is this several times while the recording was going on . Finally a guy answered and said this is Travis Church which he used a computer for doing his talk , said he was collecting money for the Internal Police Dept . I told him I was going to report him and that now I had his name and then I said have a good day and hung up !!

Got a call from this number.  Did not answer as I could not identify who caller was.

Only thing that works is blocking the number.

No message.

CALLER ID SHOWED MEDINA LAKE, TX WITH 8304760060.  DIDN'T ANSWER.  

Calls constantly but hangs up when ansewered.

Don't get so excited over a blocked call.  "They" is a computer with no pride, no feelings, no shame and no inkling of your effort to confound it.

Got SIX calls from this number today. The caller ID says it's from MedinaLake, TX. Also get calls from Toronto, ON two minutes after I get a call from the TX number. The Toronto # is 647-894-0647. I wonder if they are connected? TWELVE calls from these jerks in one day. (I never answer my phone any more).

Did not answer.  They left no message.  ID read "Medina Lake, TX"  Called Thursday evening and again Sunday evening.  They are now blocked.  Unfortunately, my phone does ring once on the blocked calls.  I wish I knew how to stop that.

"Fraternal Order of Police" scam.

Thought the call was from my son who has a similar phone number. I called it back and got a robocall from the
Fraternal Order of Police. Didn't feel right so I am reporting it.

"I hear you knocking, but you can't come in."

This is a Fraternal Order of Police Charity Scam, these groups give the bare few cents in order to be labeled a charity and avoid the Do Not Call List.  Please advise everyone that this is a scam and not a true charity.  

Call for donation to the fraternal order of police - fop is Chicago based told him to send me donation, he hung up. No sense of humor :(

Have gotten several calls from this number over the past few wees, never anyone there.

They've been calling constantly and never leave a message.  I just now called back and a guy just answered with, "Hello."  I hung up.  Going to block them.

 Called and then hung up when answering machine picked up.   Said it was from Pipe Creek Texas.  This is near San Antonio.   We know no one in this area so did not answer.   5th like this today.  Getting tired of these callers.  Other from Pa, NJ etc.  

5 or 6 calls a day. Never answer. Caller ID says Pipe Creek TX.

Have got a call several times this pass week but caller hangs up when I answer . Tonight I get the call again and samething happens so I return the call with a #1 in front  of the 830-476-0060 and a man answers and says hello twice then hangs up . I wish there was a way to report him so they could catch this person and put an end to his calling !
