Person calls says this call is for a Patricia Rzyski I pick up phone and person hangs up on me, and the same number calls twice a month every month.

I am receiving calls from 830-626-6363. Usually they call while I am at work and don't leave a message. This past week they called and left this funky message for a Rosa Vasquez that started with something like "This call is for Rosa Vasquez, if you continue to listen you are confirming you are Rosa Vasquez..." Screwy. I decided to report them to the FTC.
