I keep getting calls from this number and I want it to STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These people keep calling me at my place of employment asking me if I've received my magazines. I have never ordered any magazines and told them twice to stop calling me. I told them I recently ordered something which was advertised on TV and DECLINED the magazine offer. I have never received any magazines in the mail.

this number calls repeatedly and doesn't leave any messages. I don't have any magazine subscriptions and I no longer use credit cards. I am also on both DNC Lists.
It's annoying to have all these on your phone.

Keep on receiving calls from this number. No message left. I do not answer if I am home as it says UNKNOWN NAME. I do not have magazine subscriptions through PCH. I am on 2 Do Not Call Lists.

Just tap the number and send it to 'contact' list........with command "send all calls from this number DIRECTLY to voice mail".

Caller knew my name but not my gender. First, said he was from The SW District Office. When I pressed with "district office of what", he replied "Publishers Clearing House". He offer me a $500 gift certificate if I would subscribe to 7 mags. That's where I clicked him off.

Asked for me by name then said "I'm Candy from your magazine company" (couldn't even come up with a good name for a compnay) and went on about having reports from my area about magazine delivery and condition problems and wanted to see if mine had been delivered and how the conditon was but did not know which magazines I received. I hung up without another word. Have been getting these calls for months from different numbers. My advice is to NEVER give them ANY information, do not verify your address, say which magazines you take, etc. If you are looking for good deals on magazines, shop online with Amazon or discountmagazines.com.

Claims to be publishers clearinghouse...said my entry was sponsered by my credit card, named off numerous cards and asked who I thought sponsered me...asked age and occupation and hung up?

These people called and said I was a finalist for $1M. I asked how I got enrolled and they said through my preferred credit card - I was hesitant to give them any info so I said I really didn't know which credit card it was. He asked my age, if I rent/own a home, occupation and said he hoped to call me back with good news in a month. I asked how I could look them up and get more information about their company and he said that he wasn't sure, that he'd get that information from his supervisor. Then he hung up. Shady!!

This is an attempt to get you to buy magazines. Don't give any financial information. The company is Atlantic Marketing for Publisher's Sweepstakes. You can refuse to buy the magazines and still be entered in the drawing.

Told me they were from customer service & checking on my magazine subscription (are they arriving in good condition, etc) & also to check if I want the auto-renewal on it when it expires in 20 months. Offered me the remaining subscription at reduced rate of $59 for the remaining 20 months (save $20/mo). I asked when did this subscription start - he said a year ago. BUT I've never rec'd these magazines nor ever requested them. I've never been billed either, but he warned me that the conversation was recorded & I agreed to the reduced rate, which I did not. It was as if he was trying to get me to actually say I agree to the $59/mo Otherwise I would get a bill for $79/month!! I just kept saying I don't get these magazines - then he offered courtesy copies since I had not been receiving them. I didn't give him any info other than confirming my name and address which he seemed to have from somewhere. I guess they're just seeing what they can get out of you. I feel so sorry for the elderly in this game because I'm sure they really play them.
