I don't take calls from unidentified callers.  Does anyone know who this caller is?

I called this number back.  Got a recording.  It is a "customer care" center that caters to "over 200 publications." They were calling to update my information. They called twice in a 2 hour period in the middle of the day.   I don't get publications and I have had the same residence for over 25 years.  I do not need to update anything.
