Call my phone early this morning.Very harassing

this number calls several times a day and occasionally leaves a message using my first name.  i can hear people laughing and joking in the background everytime like it's a party at this collection agency.  i owe no debts to anyone.  I finally picked up and told them i have no outstanding debt and if they called me again they'd be speaking to my attourney.  they have called 7 times since.  I passed the info along to my attourney who threatened them with harassment.  they haven't stopped calling yet.  I have the day off tomorrow and i plan on calling them every minute until i tire of it.  there used to be more stringent rules about calling cell phones.  I never gave them my cell phone number nor did i authorize any calls from them.  if this continues, i may travel to their office.

I get a  lot of call from a lot of numbers including this one. Very few are from a 'telemarketing' company.  I Google and like most here and find the same info. These collectors pay other 'skip trace' companies to call for them so they can determine whether they have a live deadbeat to hassle and intimidate. No matter.

They will not stop calling until they get the cease and desist letter I got from Budd Hibbs,

I always have missed calls from the number but I have no business with Total Card or any past due accounts at this time.  This is weird.  So many companies sell numbers so I'm sure it is related to that.  How annoying to have hang ups, rude collectors, and questionable collection techniques or methods to get sales leads.

I got a missed call from this number and the voicemail said they were trying to reach my mom's name and it was urgent for her to call. I called them back to ask why they would be calling my cell phone and it turns out that they had somehow contacted my dad (mom's ex husband) and he had given them my cell number to get in contact with her. They tried to get me to give them her phone number and I said I would forward the information on to her and she would call them if she chose to. They emphasized it was extremely urgent for her to call back. I told my mom everything and warned her not to give out any personal information. She does not know what Total Card is and has had no prior business with her.

Received a call from this number with caller ID = D. Wasmund.  I have a "TeleZapper" which makes the automated dialers think my number is disconnected by giving the SIT tone sequence.  When I answered, the caller (or more likely automated dialer) hung up.  I highly recommend the Telezapper!  see telezapper.com for details

Same as everyone else: Daily calls, no vmail, when I did get a person she asked for my wife and then got very rude. Who is paying these people to waste time like this? Is there somewhere we can report and complain?

Incessant calling from this #.  It shows up as Wasmund on caller id.  I figure it is a collection agency.
Evidently an agency that handles many different company accounts.

Folks, I posted this way back on 7th of Nov ---2010!!!  The orig letter was Dec--2007!!!
So here they are in 2011 not calling under "Kate and Turlin" but the "Wasmund" name. These collectors are scum-buket-cocroaches. They get their own jollies off just by calling peopel and yelling at them or scaring the crap out of them.

THERE IS NO SENSE TO EVEN GETTING INOT A CONVERSATION WITH THEM. THEY DON'T GIVE BUCKETS OF S**T WHAT YOU HAE TO SAY.  THEY WANT TO GET MONEY FROM YOU. YOU MUST---*MUST*  GET THEIR ADDRESS, do some detective work like I did to find out where they're at and THEN DO THE Following AND BUD's letter is BY THE LAW and it works.

HOWEVER, they know the law too. They change the collection "name" and start all over. But don't--DON'T even engage them verbally. They will contiue to call you and like I do--let it just ring through or most phone providers have a recording you can add that says YOU are not accepting numbers from them (their number) and be done with it. Your phone rings once--and they're gone each time.

This number keeps calling me and not saying anything at all.  It is kind of sad that there are a lot of reports and nothing being done.

I'm an attorney, and I am getting calls to my office from this number.
Caller id says "D Wasmund"
When I answer "law office" it takes a second for a person to come up, but they never hear what I first said, assuming it was "hello."
4 out 5 times, I get an abusive jackhole on the other end, but when I say "I am not ___, I am his (or her) attorney, they shut up long enough for me to tell them that I cannot send them payment and (for bk clients) if they have a claim and did not receive notice of the bk filing, they need to send me their information.  They usually hang up.

They are NOT about collecting legitimate debt - there is no "collections" available once someone files a petition for relief under Chapter 7.  This is all about INTIMIDATING people to pay to stop the phone calls.  If there ever was a legitimate claim, it has been lost amid the selling and speculating of "uncollectable debts" being sold by creditors, usually for pennies on the dollar.

Have been receiving numerous calls from this number.  Ask for a different person each time.  Told them to never call my number again.  Very rude individual on the other end.  This is very shady.

This is Total Card.  I don't know if they are actually a credit card company, or if they are merely a collection agency.  Either way, when they called and identified themselves, I informed them that I have no business with them.  Yet, they continue to call.

Collection agency. Was calling on behalf of Plains Commerce Bank.

I recieved about 15 calls from this number.  It started on my cell phone then they actually called my home.  My husband picked up and they told him that her name was Ruth and that it was a personal call. They would not leave a message.

I get about 5 calls per day from this number and never leaves a vmail

In three days this number called our cell phone but left no message.

In two days this number called our cell phone three times but left no message.

i got a call today from this number on my cell phone asking me to hold for an important message so i did but then they hung up on me...

Just received a new cell phone number and immediately started getting calls from this number. I have only had this number a week and have received 5 calls from them.

dang I just got 2 calls from this number saying D Wasmund on the caller ID. I tried to pick up then it hung up, or missed it on the last ring. I was waiting for important calls n thought maybe it was someone I gave it to cause it called both of my numbers. I hate that. I don't answer unless I know who's calling. but it looked like a cell number

These people said they were from Total Card, and were looking for my wife, but called my cell phone.  When I asked the woman what he business with my wife was, she became very rude, a sentiment I returned in kind.  I called back to speak to a supervisor, and the lady that answered the phone was just as rude as the first woman.

i get twenty calls from them a day i had a account with them and it has been closed for two years and they steady calls

I have receiving phone calls from someone claiming to be creditors from these phone numbers:6782585858_9492863311_and today, I got a call from a  different number 8322600417.
I creditors are trying to contact me why do they try to hide their phone numbers?
I have started to keep numbers now and will add them in my package to th FCC complaint to them.
