i got the same call,i gave my imformation and recieved my prescrition drug card in the mail today

I got this call as well- in campbellsville ky.Phone # was 270-331-6290.  Sounds really  untrustworthy.

I just got a message from 281-397-0926.  It was a recorded message claiming to be the United States Prescription Card Department.  They wanted me to leave my personal information after the tone.  I DON'T THINK SO!  Very shady.  I called back several times and was never able to talk to a human.  BEWARE!

I live in AR and got 2 calls from 832-405-6760 within an hour apart on my cell phone.
I have not had telemarketers call me in over 4 years on my cell phone. I registered with
DNC several years ago and renewed it just to be sure.
You can't leave a message or opt out of the program.
Today, I called from my office, which is a government telephone so that everyone could hear the automated message and it was from United States Department Prescription Card. And
no one answers, just the automated voice repeating the same thing.
I am with AT&T, which bought out Southwestern Bell several years ago and I am not pleased with this
at all.

I received a call from 832-457-7044 on my cell phone.  It said it is the U.S. prescription dept. and to enter my name, etc. to received a prescription card.  I hung up thinking it was a scam.

Don't answer -- more than likely it's a scam!

i got a call from 832.286.1376 on my cell ph, very few have my cell #, i did not answer, then called that # from my pc line, got recording: this is the united states prescription card dept., leave ur name & address, a $0 cost prescription card will be mailed to u.

I got a call at approximately 8:15 am EST, and did not answer. I called back and got a message about the United States Prescription Card Department. Supposedly all lines were busy, so I was unable to tell this company that I am on the DNC list and not to bother me again.  This number also apparently phoned me three days ago at the same time, but I didn't phone back at that point.

Got a call at 8:30 am and did not answer. I called back and heard the united states prescription card department. Asked for mailing address and name so they can mail a card.
