Same thing. Kijiji ad was posted and not even 5 minutes later sending texts for info on items.

Just put a phone on kijiji and receive an offer from this number , you know what complete scam , he will pay for it , receive the product and them complain to paypal  get his money back and will never sent the product
do not trust him
