Company with attitude trying to collects eats that are older than 7 years !!!!

This same number always calls and they try to sound like they are an officer the guy that just called said he was Robert something... I told him that I didn't know the person that he was calling for... I've been through this with another company probably the same company they pretend they are call from the court house and will have someone come and arrest me if I don't give them a payment over the phone right now...

Received a message from an Ohio number Allied Lit group, saying I had a restraining order against me! From an Ohio number- I live in NYC! I called these idiots back and received a message saying the international line could not be reached! This is a scam and this really burns my butt!

I have been receiveing these same calls for one of my employees but the number is 877-820-7485 and 855-604-6344.  Mark Backus was his name and that he represents our local county and needs to serve papers.  When I called the number back it went to Allied Litigation.
I also called my local DA and was told that they don't use that company.

How the f*** does our government and police not arrest these people. If they call me, I will tell them to give me their address and I will bring cash to settle my problem. Instead, I will show up with someone from the state attorney generals office and the FBI.

That is the same female that called MY ex-wfe with the same exact message. You could tell she was reading from a script and no idea what she was talking about...

My ex-wife got a message just like that for me. African american female. Claiming I had a case as a respondent etc. Same exact message though...

My ex called and was freaked out saying she had to appear in court and that a restraining order was filed and a "Melissa Scott referring herself as a Special Investigator" read off some bogus docket number saying she had 24-48 to respond the complaint filed against her.  I listened to the message myself and this Melissa Scott did not convince me at all. I knew from the tone of her voice, lack of details of the complaint, mistakes when repeating what the docket number was, and G for Girl and I for India??? She obviously did not serve the military or law enforcement because the letters in the phonetic alphabet are neither one of those. Don't give these people a call back with any personal identifiers are agree to anything they ask. Tell them your lawyer is on the line with you and they'll hang up right away...

Rec'd message today, in work, from Cheri Smith.  Same story. I called these jerks back and have been on hold a long time. I also received this same call several weeks ago from "Jeff White". I googled the number and it is a cell phone from India....Ok, how do we stop this? Enough, now my boss thinks I'm in big trouble. LOL!!!

CALL FROM (AFRICAN AMERICAN) WOMAN SAID NEEDED TO RESPOND TONIGHT IF NOT COURT ORDERED WARRANT WOULD BE PLACED... BASICALLY WHAT EVERY PERSON ABOVE HAS SAID..

Just got this SAME call today. It has to be a FRAUD because I am disabled (cancer) and all but housebound...and have absolutely no one in my life who would file a restraining order against me...friends with everyone...ignoring it.

I don't know who or what this about but I do know I have no legal action pending for me or my family.I don't who they are but I will pass this on to the Texas AG's office for investigation.

These people has went as far as calling both my parents. i dont know whats going on but this is scaring me. i have a child to take care of and i dont have time for the foolishness. i dont want to go to court. i havent been served with papers or anything. WHAT DO I DO. im afraid that my wages will be garnished. i cant deal with this. can this be stopped.

i just received a call from a woman who was very calm saying that she have a civil case against me and gave a number to call 832-583-0326 with claim#. said to call them and they will give me more information about the case.
it really scared me but after reading all the comments below, i can't believe all these people. i dont usually pick up unknown callers but since i was waiting for a call i answered the call.
how can we stop these people???

Received this call just now same exact script, as a matter of fact you can tell this female was reading that word by word from a script because she stumbled and tried sounding tough.

I received the same message as the other callers.  Just received it today from a Special Investigator Melissa Scott who indicated that a person had filed a claim against me involving a car accident, however, that is impossible because I don't even have a car.

I have recieved the same freaking phone calls and it always falls on my payday.  The first time I took care of it but then got smart and decided to google it and found this wed site.  Apparently I took out a payday loan with paydayloan.com and I never paid it back.  They gave me a claim number I took it to my attorney who told me do not ever answer a call from them.  This has been a huge scamming company that actually just started up.  They get your informantion from transactions you have made either with a payday loan company, they have hacked into pay pal.  Please if you get a call from 832-583-0326 do not listen to them.  Tell them you will go to court and they will hang up on you or say okay, and you will never hear from them again.

I JUST CALLED ALLIED LITIGATION GROUP BACK AND THEY ARE COMPLETELY UN-PROFESSIONAL AND CANT AND DID NOT TELL ME "WHAT I OWE MONEY FOR OR WHO IT IS I OWE MONEY TO"... THEY HAVE CALLED MY WORK AND ALL MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY... I AM ABOUT TO PRESS A LAW SUIT ON THIS COMPANY AND ESPECIALLY MARK WEST @ 832-583-0326

I recieved the same message and almost gave these people money until I found out that my Debt card # was taken.. I almost was a victom of this scam.. Ugh luckly i didn't get scammed.... Hope they take you to the jail house my special investagators name was Erin Tate, and the manager over the groups name was Mark West... Really almost had me fooled.

Got a call from Special Investigator Brandon Jones  stating that I had 48 hours to retun the call to 832-583-0326.  That I was named a respondant in a legasl matter and needed to appear in court.  Also that I had a restraining order filed against me and that I needed to forward this information to my attorney. Would not provide any information about a so called Payday Loan taken out in 2009(which I have never done). They refused to send any information on this debt and proceeded to say it was a $1000 loan and they would settle for $500. They call your family members if they can locate a number. People have nothing else better to do with their time. I have reported this to the local police dept, the Attorney Generals office, and the FCC to report these people.

Called my family and said there was civil warrant.  Freaked my family out.

These people are nothing but scams.Don"t give them any kind of information,but if I was you I was you I would tell them to call my attorney.Watch yourself.

Got a call today.  "Special Agent" Valerie Owens.  The whole thing sounded fishy when I called back so I decided to do some research.  I had no memory of owing any pay day lending company any money.  She was annoyed that I wanted to investigate on my own and told me I had until Monday at noon to respond.  I did my homework and this is a TOTAL SCAM.  I started with the Better Business Bureau (bbb.org), saw they had an F rating and allegations of fraudulent activity.  They told me that I had a restraining order, owed $905 and was being accused of fraud.  They are using scare tactics and it's so wrong it makes my blood boil.  I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission.  I'm hoping something will come of my complaint.  What they are doing is illegal and just flat out wrong.  The harrassment needs to stop.

MY ADVICE TO ANYONE READING THIS:  DO NOT GIVE THEM A SINGLE PENNY.  IT IS A SCAM.

They now have a new twist:  got a call from unknown number, from some lady said she was from Allied Litigation Group and a legal matter has been filed against me.  I needed to call 832-583-0326 within 24 hours or they would proceed.  Same game, new play.  Guess they figured out direct 'attack' wasn't working so they get some 'innocent' girl to call and get you to call them......not happening!

Received a call from Erin Tate with the same line of crap as others posted previously, came up on phone as UNKNOWN. They also called my mom as well.

I have just been contacted by theses people, unfortunately for them they have tried to swindle a REAL private investigator!  Good luck with that! And I also owe no one money.........

THESE CRAZY PEOPLE CALLED MY JOB AND THREATENED TO HAVE SHERIFF SERVE ME PAPERS.  HIS NAME WAS MARK WEST. HE COULD NOT VALIDATE THE AMOUNT I OWED OR THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR.  HE SAID I OWED 989.00 BUT WOULD SETTLE FOR 501.00 DO NOT SEND THEM ANYTHING UNLESS THEY CAN SEND YOU SOMETHING IN WRITING THEY ARE NO WHERE IN THE SYSTEM FOR THE STATE OF TEXAS THEY ARE NOT LICENSED OR BONDED.
