They called me from this number and the person did not believe that I am a woman not a man. First it was something against my ss#, than I was a robbery suspect, than I owe for a payday loan and that I will be arrested or if I am not home than my husband will get arrested. He was talking to my husband and the only thing we got out of him that he was not located in CA. I have been dealing with scammers like this in the last 3 years. They keep popping up every once and a while. I got this advice from the FTC soon as they say that it is a matter considering your social security number it is a scam do not respond.

I received phone call today for a "Mark Johnson" who spoke with an Indian accent stating that I owe for a loan and if I don't return the call "today", lawyers will sue me.

I received an email yesterday from my company's HR Manager informing me that Chrystal Anderson telephoned for me stating it was a "legal emergency". Good thing we have an AWESOME HR Manager :)

This guy is breaking so many laws and violating the FDCPA, he'll be sorry he called a legitimate debt collector who knows the laws like the back of my hand.

The only unfortunate thing is that he's probably at an Internet cafe in India and I may not be able to sue him.

They keep calling me and making threats! When I asked them for the case number they would not give it to me. I told him I called the police and they said it is a federal manner and the police have no business in this matter. They gave me a phone number that is no longer in service 213-625-5171. They said the name of the company is David and Raymond Legal Associates and their address is 917 Franklin Street, Houston, TX 77002. I have talked to a Ricky Harris, James Webb and Allan Watson. They are all the same person. I did not get the fake name of the woman that called. Her number showed up on my cell phone as 911. This is very upsetting and ridiculous.

They called me and did the same thing, threaten me with jail for a loan I never took out and got very angry when I questioned them about who they were. Scam. They also had my email and employment information and told me someone is going to come and arrest me tomorrow!

I just got a call from 8329373146 sayin I had a lawauit against me for a loan... knowing that I havent even received any money. These harrassin calls should be stopped PLS.....  how do they even get our information.... wierd stalkers.... talkin bout i need a lawyer

these dopes keep calling and stating i owe them money. if i do not call htem their lawyers will sue me and they always end with wish you luck. i mean indian speaking and trying to use english. i am ignoring them as they had me upset until i read the rest of the updates. total scam

These people called me to saying they were going to sue me and that I needed to pay them in order to resolve the lawsuit against me. they tried to sound all professional but you could tell it is an accentfrom Middle East.after u stopped freaking out I did some research and found out this is a total scam.I'm glad other people are posting so maybe the authorities can grab these ffffffn thieves.don't fall for it.

SO THIS NUMBER CALLED ME TODAY AND MY HUSBAND CALLED THEM BACK AND TOLD THEM HE HAD A CASE AND DOCKET NUMBER AND THAT OUR LAWYERS WOULD BE IN CONTACT WITH THEM THEY IMEDIATLEY HUNG UP THEY ARE USING THE ALIAS JB LAW OFFICES THE NUMBER IS LOCAL TO  FRESNO TEXAS..... DUMMIES LET YOUR FAMILY AND FRIEND KNOW JUST SO THIS DOESNT KEEP HAPPENING

These people called my WORK # (how they got it, I dunno) and told me that I had a lawsuit against me for 'federal banking fraud' and 'theft by deception'. I freaked out!! They told me the company suing me was US Financial Lending?? I told them I would research it further and hung up. I called the # back and when a guy answered I asked who it was and he said 'David & Raymond Legal Associates' which I googled and got nothing. Total SCAM!! Ignore these calls.

I got a call from this number today telling me I had a lawsuit pending against me.  I told them to tell me who was suing me and they could not tell me anything.  I told them I would be checking them out and call them back.  I have no intentions on calling them

These ppl called 4 times back to back, i finaly answered thinking it was important, just to find out they are trying to tell me I'm being sued from a pay day company i never received funds from,.i told them to never call my phone again or They will b the ones getting picked up an sued.what a joke

IF YOU GET A PHONE CALL FROM THIS NUMBER ITS A SCAMM THEY SAY  YOU OWE A LOAN AND YOU DONT. INDIAN ACCENT PEOPLE SAYING THEY ARE LAWYERS AND YOU WILL GO TO JAIL FOR A LONE YOU NEVER TOOK OUT.
