I have a Dodge. Lucky for me, I have the number blocked on my phone so I don't get the call. I am reporting them to FCC.

Foreigner asked for me by my married name.  Haven't used that name in 5 years!  Then started asking about a car I haven't owned for four years! Then wanted to know what I own, how many miles, etc.  Gave him bogus answers and threw him off his script.  He finally hung up on me 'cause I guess I wasn't playing the game right!

I have asked to be taken off their list 2 dozen times and they have not done so....

Asked for a Name I don't go by.  Knew the year, make, model of my car & wanted to know the current mileage.  Her English was poor, I thought possibly automated until I asked her 'what the main ingredient in Tomato Soup is'? She responded "You me tell."  She claimed to be Puerto Rican but calling from California with an SC area code.  

Same for me.  Call shows originating in Andrews, SC which the last time I looked is not on Pacific time

They called me 4x in two days. I answered this morning, and they knew that I owned a Rav-4 and asked me how many miles I had on it. I told them I didn't know off the top of my head and not to call again. The guy had a very heavy foreign accent and could barely speak English....

Received probably the the 50th phone call from this number and finally decided to answer it. Blasted the lady on the phone and explained to her how annoying these calls are and to never call this number again. What really got me going was the fact that she was trying to scream her scripted speal over me. About the 6th time that I told her not to call this number she finally hung up.

When they're is an actual person on the other end of the line, they ask for someone who doesn't work here any longer and want to sell car warranties. If you call the number, the message says they're closed and to call back between 7 am and 4 pm pacific time. So basically these people are a bunch of s****eads.

Kept getting calls from 843-264-7342. Finally answered one and couldn't understand anything lady was saying. Obviously foreign with broken english? Anybody have any idea what kind of scam this is. I told her to get someone I could understand on phone and she hung up.

I've been getting calls from this number as well. I live in this area code and it comes up as Andrews, SC on my caller ID. I can tell you with great certainty there is no one of indian origin in this back woods in the middle of no where town. Nothing against backwoods middle of the no where, I live 20 miles from Andrews, SC even more in the middle of no where. I think they are number spoofing. Count this one as a SCAM for sure.

The call supposedly originated in Andrews, SC, but the voice sounded eastern Indian.  He asked for a masculine version of my wife's name.  When I said there was no one by that name living here, he apologized and hung up.  I'm rather certain that this number was spoofed and he was calling to try to sell us an extended warranty on a vehicle we no longer own.

This number has called me over a dozen times in the past month.  I own a Jeep Wrangler so it's not just Lexus and VW people they call.  It's most likely a Scam for info.  Would live to know how they got my number so I could give them a nice Throat Punch!

If you answer and the computer rolls to you in time they will ask about your vehicle for either warranty renewal or try to get you you trade up to another vehicle.  Will go so far as to say they have a demand for your particular vehicle.

My daughter keeps getting this same call.  She doesn't answer.From what I've read, it appears that they probe for information about your vehicle and is mileage so my guess would be that they will attempt to sell you insurance.  My question is how did they get the phone numbers.Did everyone recently purchase a used car, maybe? So numbers are being entered into a computer from car lots and being used by the third party for marketing purposes?

That's funny, because the number is out of South Carolina.

I keep getting calls regarding my 2011 Touareg, asking me how many miles it has and that my car warranty expired. This in fo is totally incorrect and when I asked them if they were working for Volkswagen, they confirmed. I immediately called them back and of course the phone would not be answered. I immediately got suspicious of their foreign accent. Watch Out!!!!

I just got a call from this number this afternoon  identifying themselves as the Vehicle Processing Department. She asked if I own a 2011 Lexus and when I confirmed, she asked how many miles were on the vehicle. I told her that I didn't know and she said she would call back after I had a chance to check. I asked her to verify again where and who was calling and she said she was calling out of California for the Vehicle Processing Department for Lexus. I asked if she worked for Lexus and she said "yes".

Would love to call them at home as well.
