Pay no attention to them. They are nothing more than a collection agency.   I used to be a collection manager several yrs ago so I am well aware of all the tactics they use. 'Investigaton officers' or 'Office of Investigatons' is just a made up name to scare people into thinking that its something serious when all it is is collections (often times its on past pue paydays loans). Just ignore them

Called my home stating they are Investigating Officers for the State of SC looking for someone who does not live in my home. I called back and tried to ask who they were and got a run around. She was very rude. My caller ID said it was a Baptist Church. Isn't that illegal to impersonate an officer of the state? I am so angry at how rude she was.
