I keep getting calls from this number. Ive tried everything please can you tell me who owns this number or who it is.

I've no idea but they have been phoning me ALL day. I just don't answer when I see a weird number on the display but its really annoying!!!!

Have been called eleven times this week is it some accident claim line or someone peddling rubbish its making me wild & they never leave a message on my answering service,who is it?

they claimed to be from sky and asked for my account details to confirm it was me.  as soon as i said i wouldn't give out any information when i've been cold called, they hung up.

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION IF THEY CALL YOU, THEY'RE NOT WHO THEY SAY THEY ARE.

i called sky afterwards, and they said it definitely wasn't them.  If they call, report them to the company they claim to be from, and block their number if you have that option.
