If enough people complain about these scammers, the FCC will maybe dedicate some resources to tracking them down and shutting them down.

Got this phone call today, also got it last week.  so I did something about it.  Waited through the message, and pressed '1' to get to an operator.  Sat on hold for a few minutes, and got put through to 'Deandra'.  I played dumb and asked what the company name was - she said "Senior assistance program", then I got her name and ID (operator number 7280, although she hesitated when I asked, so I think she made it up).  Then I asked to talk to a supervisor.  She claimed she IS a supervisor (Total BS, but I played along), so I informed her that unsolicited robocalls are illegal, and would need to talk to HER supervisor.  She quickly said she'd take my name off the list and hung up on me.

I live in WA, and the number showing on my caller ID was 253-733-3336, and is differet from the last time I got this message.  It is an obvious fake, and when I called it, sure enough - it was disconnected.  I think they change up the spoofed number daily and depending on where they are calling, so blocking it doesn't do anything.

I live in the 843 area code.  This is a scam which was reported in our local newspaper.  They said they are trying to get personal information from you.  They called again today.  I just added them to my new T-Lock Call Blocker.  They won't be calling again.  The message is recorded.  They want you to press "1" so they will know they have a live one.  Don't do it.  No one knows where these crooks are located.  The newspaper said that they are probably overseas.

This comes up as an 843 area code, local to me in Charleston SC. Are you all also near the area? We recently moved and I had to give my number to local movers, unpackers and the like. Wondering if there is a connection?

These people won't stop calling me.  They call at all times of the day and I have asked them to stop but they won't. Please someone stop the calls.

Received phone calls from this number several times.   Info is not available but other people have determined this is a Medical Alert.   I have submitted DO NOT CALL information and still have getting phone calls from this number.

Every day we get a phone call from "John" saying that he's in the shipping dept. and ready to ship a medical device and all we need to do is authorize delivery.  We have asked to have our phone # removed from their list and they continue to contact us.  Today I called my phone provider and explained the problem.  They said it's a telemarking scam and we'd need to pay to have this phone # blocked.  We will do that.  It's a shame we have to pay to stop these intrusions and now what we consider phone harrassment.  I have tried calling these people but their phone # is a non-working # so there's no way to get in touch with them.

Been calling forever..can't find my records but last week I finally told them I'm on DNC and they disconnected the call..Next day they called..told them again..called today at 12:28 pm..I'm documenting the date and time and suggest some do the same and then we have a case against them.

This da*n john is constantly calling I along with all of you that have posted for contact your local better business bureau for we all know this is a scam but older individuals may not, lets look out for them.

It isn't a real person.    It is a cleverly recorded message,   so  John just keeps on talking regardless.

John from shipping department wanting to know....... I told him he had the WRONG Number and hung up!  How do these sleaze bags get around the Do Not Call List?  Is it a joke now like the rest of our government???

Thank you for that information.  I am expecting a call from my drug company; but, I do not answer calls that I do not recognize.  This lets me know I did not miss an important call.

This is the second time these guys called.  It's just a recording that seems like a real person complete with pauses in the response and rustling of papers.  I just hung up on them but want to know how to report them for harassment.

Never answer, but get calls almost everyday from these scam artist idiots. They need to be stopped.

Have received at least 10 voicemail messages from this number saying he was from the shipping department and needed to discuss shipment of a medical device.  Tried calling the number to tell him to quit calling my number, but the call would not go through.  I agree with others...this person is spoofing the number.

I received a call on June 29, 2013 from a man who claimed I ordered medical supplies and it was being delivered and I interupted him and told him I didn't order anything and he kept talking and wouldn't listen and I said loudly that I didn't order anything and he continued to talk so I hung up on him. If he calls again I just won't answer the phone and let it go to voice mail.

same problem with me as the others have reported -paid medical scam, talks over you, the "I am on the do not call list" doesn't make an impact and this number keeps calling..........several times a day. Thank goodness for caller ID. BTW -I am NOT a senior citizens -I'm not even close to retirement age.

Its a recording stating the name John.  He continues to call my number stating he is going to deliver the alert system.  Does anyone know how to stop; these calls?  He has now called my daughters number in another area code.

A man called, and wouldn't stop talking.  I tried to tell him that I didnt order this product, but he kept interrupting me, telling me it would be delivered today.  I finally had to hang up on him.  This is the 2nd call we have rec'd from this number.

Carefully worded, they claim a call alert system with shipping is paid for. I guess my ship came in too.
If you have Time Warner phone service you can block up to 30 phone numbers. That's where this phone number is now.
