I guess its time to make a visit to this company and have a face to face request to stop calling my office!!! I have found a way to locate them. Tired of the harassing calls from them. They are relentless as I will be with them in having them stop calling us. Time for action. Maybe if I see them face to face I can convince them to stop calling

And to Merchant Cooperative - why is the mailbox full and you can't speak to anyone when you call back.  You can call our office 5 times a day but we can't get one person to pick up the phone when we call.  STOP CALLING

I find it ironic that the phone calls only disconnect when I ask where the party is calling from.  They can hear me when they ask to speak to the doctor in our office, they can here me when I ask for their name, but as soon as I say "and where are you calling from?".... oops, disconnection.

Count me in on that suit as well. And I promise I will be there. Was told the same thing by a Supervisor which I doubt and they still call I still answer and they still hang up.

Per the Federal Government regulations for the "Do Not Call List", business numbers are NOT eligible to be placed on the list; only personal and home phone numbers not used for business purposes. If you are or were listing your number for business purposes, that number is made part of marketing data by law. We are a government warehouse. Keep getting calls from this number. Every time one of us picks up, the caller hangs up without uttering a single syllable. You would think that someone would put our number on their "do not call" list since this is not a personal/home number they are calling.

I have received numerous calls from this number offering card services.  I am on the do not call list; but, it does not seem to have any effect.

A lady just called my office from this number and I told her we were not interested and to please take our number off the list. She told me no because I wasn't the business owner.

Got a call from this # a few hours ago. Did not pick up and they did not leave a message. Having read these comments I know not to call the number back.

Will not quit calling.  Why is there a do not call list if we keep getting phone calls from telemarketing.

I got the call and I asked if it was a marketing call.  I was told yes.  When I asked to be placed on their do not call list, the rep asked, and I kid you not, "Why would I do that?"

Are you kidding me????

I told him because I don't want the calls and hung up.

I am SO sick of these people calling!!! I just got hung up on by the person calling from 843 614 6352. I tried calling back but of course I couldn't get through and the mail box is full. I have told them over and over, we are not interested and do not call back. She was telling me she was going to be in the area and wanted to visit. I should have let her show up and then called the police on her for phone harassment.

These people sell credit card services.  I have told them countless times that I have another provider, and that I am not interested in switching..   They don't get the hint..   So now when they call, I just act a fool, or let my 2 year old talk to them...  Entertaining

Calls and hangs up before I can answer, calling business line.

I just had five calls from them in as many minutes. We are on the NDCR. I have complained about Merchants Cooperative as many as a dozen times on the U.S. Commerce Dept.'s NDCR website. I have roundly cussed the callers out at least as many times, assuring them with colorful language that I don't do business with federal criminals. I filed a complaint with the state of S.C., which passed it on to Merchant's Cooperative and did no more. Their response was a call to me from some sort of supervisor who basically said they would try not call me anymore. That was about two years back. And besides this round of five calls, I've had at least two other cussing matches with supervisors there this year alone. If you file a class-action suit, please count me in.

Keep getting calls from this number; we are on the National Do Not Call Register.  So annoying when you are on hold with government agency and they keep calling; will not answer when saying, Hello; so I tried Hola, and she answered me.....cussed her out this time...happened as I am typing, called for the 4th time in last hour!!  Desperate people!!!

Just had a call from this number. Answered and had dead silence. Thought robo calls were illegal.

Tired of getting calls from this number - they used to call and we would tell them, not interested, don't call back. Now they call and there is no one there, and then it hangs up.
