who is Debra Lanovara and why is there never a message?

Called, no message

calls a couple of times a day...no message, when you call them back you get a "sorry this number has been disconnected" message.

Called offering free cell phone ... it's a scam to get you personal information like DOB, SS#, etc. Play along and just give them fake info ... if they spin their wheels chasing false info, eventually they'll stop!

This is all a result information breech on monster.com. These folk had access to resumes that were posted through monster.com. So, they will know things like your name and address ... but nothing else.

Oh, and the caller ID is spoofed ... next week it will be some other stupid name & number.

What does this person want?  Has called at different times, several times a week.  Does not leave a message! Aggravating!!  I wil not answer..if they want something bad enough they will leave a message!

Keep getting this call also.  Caller ID states Debra Lanovara.  Did a  search is suppose to be from Summerville, SC.  Never no answer and states disconnected.  I  also have used Monster.com for resume.

Debra Lanovara 843-821-9610 showed up on caller id no message.  When called back it says the number is disconnected or not in service

I must urge everyone to stay the hell away from the Publishers Clearing House
website.  This site drowns you in endless surveys and promotions, one of
which will get your info and start calling you and drowning you in spam
from all sorts of hokey domanin names.  No one is getting any free TV, car,
or money from getting into that site.  Enter by mail only, but do not do so

Found on my caller ID from Summerville SC, Got this call on Jan. 12, 2008. I have a private line, but this is a reassigned number. I guess when you change your number the phone co: gives you ones that have been abused or have people owing money so they disconnect.
Guess someone has nothing better to do with their life. Don't bother calling them back, says number has been disconnected. Sure would like to contact this Debra Lanovara and give them a piece of my minds, they are idiots! Need to get a life, if their foreignors they need to go back where they came from, wierdo's!

I too have had multiple calls to my private land line at home during what for most are regular business hours. We never had a message from this person, so I did a reverse look-up on the line as well as a google search and found this site.  I hope scamming "Debra" has been caught.  It's  unbelievable how many people with zero scruples live in this world!

I, too, have been receiving calls from this number...I did not use monster.com or publishers clearinghouse or any of those websites...BUT I did let someone else use my computer and that's when these calls started.

Number appeared on caller ID call waiting while on another call.  I tried to call back and got a "this number has been disconnected" message.

Got another call from this number on January 29th.  Have received calls from this number several times on our caller ID.  We don't answer calls we don't know.  Have never used monster.com or publishers clearing house.

this mumber call me at 824pm pacific time. the caller asded what time is it, I replied 817pm, he said the lady lied to me she said it was 9pm. I said no lady is on the phone here and he hung up

Just got another call from this number w/ the name Debra Lanovara on the ID.  Got one a few days ago and have been getting them on and off.  This time I picked up.  I said hello forcefully. Heard background noise. Then a Middle Eastern voice said hello.  I said strongly, "Listen, you need to take my number off of your call list.  You keep calling me over and over."  He paused, then said "OK".  I said thank you. I appreciate it and then I hung up.  Let's see if they really do take me off of their list.  The guy sounded stunned that a woman talked so forcefully! LOL

Got call - said I could have a free Sprint phone.  I told her I had a cell phone with Verizon and didn't want another phone.

Called me today as well. No message and disconnected if you call back. I have a Monster resume.

I received a call today from Debra Lanovara with the same number as posted.  I called it back within seconds of missing the call and a message says this number has been disconnected and is no longer in service.  Now how in the world can this number call me and within 10 seconds be disconnected??  SCAMMERS!!  BEWARE!

i had 2 calls from this person on my caller id also its weird that its disconected when you call back

got the number today on my caller ID at 310 pm - was doing a search and pulled this site up -- what the heck is it?

As of today, March 20, 2008, I have 4 or 5 calls on my phone from this number and it shows a Debra Lanovara. Also says number disconnected when you try to call back. There has to be a way we can get the phone company or somebody to block this number. I decided to do a search on this lady and came across this site. I have gotten these type of calls before.

Don't know if any of you have AT&T but I called them and if you have the complete choice plan you can get them, at no extra charge, to activate call block and call trace at no extra charge. Just had mine activated and will see if it works.

This is the 3rd call from this number I have had this week and there were several last week. When I call the number back said sorry this number has been disconnected or no longer in service. Thses calls have been at different hours of the day. I want it to stop, also I am on the do not call list (what good this does?) I did use monster.com one time but this was about 5 years ago.

I read the posts.  Now I know who Debra Lanovara is and why I'm getting calls from this number.  I will report it as well.

I have recieve two calls by this person. They don't say anything. I have caller ID so I saw the name was Debra Lanovara. And I find this page about this person. I wonder if they will be calling some more. I will just not answer the phone.
