They stated I owed them $400 they didn't have the right birth date on file I told them of course not because it is not me, they wanted the last 4 of my social I wouldn't give it to them, she said that I will be served and possibly detained, I told her do what you have to do. they gave me multiple email address's that were in correct also. they are lame and the only reason they have this job is because they are lazy pieces of crap.

COLLECTING ILLEGALLY IN CHARLOTTE NC
THESE PEOPLE ARE COLLECTING ON PAY DAY LOANS THEY PURCHASED FROM PAY DAY LOAN COMPANIES, THEY PAY CENTS ON A DOLLAR AND THEN CHARGE THE DEBTOR 378 PERCENT OVER THE BALANCE THAT IS OWED TO THE PAY DAY LOAN COMPANY. THEY ARE GOING AS FAR AS COLLECTING FROM THE DEBTOR REFERENCE AND NIEGHBORS, ADVISING THEM THAT THEY ARE CO SIGNERS TO THE DEBT. THIS IS JUST ILLEGAL AND MORALLY WRONG!!!! WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE ARE THESE. WOW HOW CAN THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS.
THE SHERIFF DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN CONTACTED, THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IS NEXT AND CALLS HASVE BEEN MADE TO THE TV STATIONS IN THE AREA TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.
NOT ONLY ARE THEY ILLEGAL AT WHAT THEY DO, THE MANAGER VICTOR SHERWOOD SAUL IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND THREAT HIS EMPLOYEES LIKE CRAP. HOW CAN YOU CURSE, DOWN GRADE AND TALK TO YOUR EMPLOYEES LIKE YOU DO, ONLY BECAUSE YOU WAS IN THE MILITARY DOESNT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO TALK TO PEOPLE THE WAY YOU DO!!!
I FEEL SORRY FOR THE OWNER JOHN BURKINS, HE IS ABOUT TO LOSE A ILLEGAL BUSSINESS AT THAT BECAUSE OF THE MANAGER HE HAS RUNNING THIS OFFICE. AND HOW CAN A TRAINING MANAGER / SADREDA, TALK TO EMPLOYEES THE WAY SHE DOES.

In bankruptcy there is only one creditor that will never go away - The US Government. Tell any other caller to scram.

Trying to collect a PayDay Max debt that was discharged via bankruptcy in June 2012. Collection agent said payday loans were immune to bankruptcy. Not true!
Bankruptcy Protection
Many payday loan borrowers resort to filing for bankruptcy to break the loan cycle. A bankruptcy filing has two effects. First, it provides immediate relief from most creditors including payday loan companies. Second, bankruptcy eliminates most unsecured debt including payday loans.
11 U.S.C. §362, also known as the Automatic Stay provision of the United States Bankruptcy Code, goes into effect upon the filing of a bankruptcy case. The Automatic Stay requires all collection activity including collection calls, collection demands and letters, lawsuits, garnishments, etc., to cease. The purpose of the Bankruptcy Code is to ensure the orderly administration of the debtor?s (borrower?s) assets and liabilities. If creditors were allowed to continue collection while the debtor?s liabilities were handled by the court, some creditors could receive an unfair advantage and a greater portion of the debtor?s assets, which would defeat the purpose of the Bankruptcy Code. Lenders who continue collection activities violate the automatic stay provision and can be sanctioned.
Borrowers should be mindful of several factors pertaining to payday loans in the context of a bankruptcy filing.

The number keeps calling my residence for someone else. When I told them that the person they were looking for did not live at this number, they became very rude with me. These people need to get their information correct before they just starting calling anyone!!

collector left recorded message for someone else. Looking for a "defendent" and left a case #. Another scare tactic from a collection company.
