I have been recieving the same calls from Mike Thompson.

Mike Thompson called my work and left a message that I was to call the 8442232228. He called again and said he wanted to serve me a summons and complaint and did not want to do it at my work.  He wanted to meet me for lunch.  He told me that I need to call and give the 844# information so they can mail me stuff.   He called from 8055847006.  I called both numbers using a prepaid calling card.  The 805# is always busy and the auto message for the 844# tells me I am not allowed to call this number.  He called again and asked why I have not called the 844#.  He would not give me his address and has no manager.  I told him to quit calling my work.  He said he would be at my work the next day to serve me.  He told me he was from Anaheim.  I tracked his number and got a Simi Valley residential area on Galena Ave. off Sebring St.  I am not going to call a number to give them information about myself.  

These people called us awhile back looking for someone who used to live here. I said that person moved and we are not in touch. I said I could try to locate them, but could not promise that I could get the message to them.

A couple of weeks later, they call claiming that it's the "final notice", they will make no more contacts (I'm sure), and that they had "confirmed" that ours was this person's number. I think it's a scam, but could be a bill collector.

Got a call saying the same thing about a case want to send me letter to sign call a number about a claim so I did same B.S.
this case the money they say I owed was about 9 years ago I told them about statues of limitation and if they want to proceed to court I will have lawyer in hand they say their not a collection agency but they will to collect payment .LOL
this people will try and scared you do not pay have them proceed to court .

Got a call from the same number today asking if my son was there to sign for some papers regarding a complaint that was filed against him.  When asked for more information, the guy said that he was unable to explain more but if we called the number, they would be able to give more information about the case.  Left the number 844-223-2228 and a file number to ask for when calling back.  No plans to call them.

I got the same call but if was for my son that is deployed.  They never would give me a name of a company only a file number.  They were  very rude and said they had to send my son a subpoena to sign and if he did not show up in court they would be filing a failure to appear against him.  The number on my caller id was Unknown and they left 844-223-2228 as the number to call back.

Also got this same message from Mike Thompson, but they were asking about my grandma. The lady on the phone was very rude and would give me no information, not even who the company was.

They sue people.  No this is not a scam.

Got a call from a unknown number. I answered after they called 4 times in under 2 minutes. A lady was in the line leaking Spanish. "I speak Spanish" she said she was calling to confirm delivery of important documents that I must sign for. And that I needed to be home and call a number to verify the time I would be home to accept the documents. I asked her what this was about she said that she did not know as the company was not listed. I then asked if this was an attempt to collect a debt. She said no it's not that she did not know.

I said what company she was calling from she said legal support services and the number provided was 844-223-2228
. I said I will contact the courts regarding this claimed pending case. She said it's not in courts I then asked her to please do not call me anymore it was turning into harassment.

Process servers don't give heads up before they serve you. That's the job they do. So this is just a waste of time.

My family has been called now and this is nonsense!! Cant believe this craziness

I have received two messages on land line and one on cell phone regarding the same issue. The person calling stated that his name was Mike Thompson and that he had no information on who his client was other than a case number and that a letter would be delivered that required my signature only. I looked on numerous reverse telephone lookups and this number does not appear to be active but rather a future number. When I tried numerous times to call it gave me a busy signal. If I receive more calls I will be filing a complaint with the FCC.

I also just got this same message from a Chris Bevins (that's who left the message) and the case # isn't even a real case # I have nothing pending against me I'm sure just a scam!!

rather annoyed by the numerous calls and calling other relatives!!

Got a call from unknown number, the message left stated " a complaint
was forwarded to their office" and if I wanted more information to give
them the file number they left concerning me. Very scammy message
doesn't even make any sense.
