LTS also operates using 844-643-6615, 855-700-9167, & 844-882-4631 (the number we were contacted at).  Please see all comments related to those numbers to see more info about it being a scam.  We received a phone call from LTS Associates (Joanne Collins as well! Anyone notice the same voice on the recording sounds like hers?) claiming we owed money to Wells Fargo back from years ago.  They threatened to garnish our wages and pull us into court unless we paid them since there was a civil suit against us.  Ours followed the same process as MLG under the 844-643-6615 number and all the others.  She wanted a debit card or banking information.  She said if I didn't feel comfortable providing that, we needed to provide a number for a prepaid loadable card.  I was so upset until we contacted Wells Fargo.  They had no record of this and warned us to make sure you ask for "proof of debt."  I asked for it twice and I got the runaround.  Finally, I saw all these sites (thank you God!).  I called back and told them that they are required to show "proof of debt" and that all over the internet it says they are committing fraud and to never call me ever again.  I plan on reporting them to the FTC as well.

Got a call from them. Supposedly have a utility bill from a decade ago. They had my social security number (I gave them my DOB), which is scary. They claim I'm about to get served.

Thid number is a scam. They try telling you that a family members have s case against them. How they got my number don't know since my number is unlisted. SCAMMERS

Received a call from this number today asking for my ex of 25 years ago.  They gave a case number and this number to call.  If not called in 2 hours, they threatened filing a legal claim.  Then hung up.  This is a total scam.  Don't give them ANY information.

What is scary is that they can connect the dots from my ex to my phone number 25 years later.

Received call today. Woman asked for my wife. Stated my phone number was listed as an emergency contact, which makes sense. Told me to have her call the legal office at 844-232-9473, referencing case number CS4675. Then she immediately hung up before I had a chance to ask any questions. Really??

I received a call tonight stating I owed a debt from 1996. If I didn't pay it they were taking me to court. They have all of my information which is scary. They were very rude and persistent. They called my aunt and my grandmother stating I had to call them back within 30 or I would go to court. I googled the website they gave me and my virus detector alerted to a virus and the site doesn't exist. I called authorities!

I just recieved a call from carlos ramieriz stating that they had a pending civil law suit on me well I called the companies he said was claiming I owed money too I have never had accounts with these companies my question is there anyone investigating this guy and if they are who do I contact

I recived a call from my nephews ex mother in law stating that a meagan thompson called her and said that I had put her down as a emergency contact which is crazy in itself and said I needed to call her her back @8442329473 and my tl # was 5401 so I called wondering what was going on and no one answered so this is a pain in the rear my identity was stolen back in may of 2013 and we are going to the grand jury so not sure what this is but been through hell so bring it on I will prosocute to the fullest  ....

Received call from 702-347-3246, looking for "Agnes" (my given name), they wanted me to confirm that someone would be able to accept a package regarding a legal compalint against "her". They said I (aggie) was listed as an emergency contact for her, & she needed to call 844-232-9473 .....could I get a message to her, or contact her family....I hung up on them. Hmmmm, recently I saw on the news that people were getting hang up calls on their phones and when they called the number back to see who the "missed" call was from they got unexpected charges on their phone bill...I wonder if this is just another way to get us to call their number?

They called my ex-wife, and then my mother and claimed there was a pending lawsuit against me. They provided a case number and phone number, which I called.

Spoke with someone named Carlos. He says the name of their company is LTS Associates in Mira Loma, CA. He confirms my name and asks me to confirm my date of birth, which I did NOT do. He said he could not reveal any information to me unless I confirm my date of birth and wished me a good day and hung up....this is total nonsense. I've been receiving these calls from different numbers for 3 weeks now, all have the same story but reveal nothing.

Claimed I had a lawsuit against me and they wanted all my personal information to verify. Sounded very shady and wouldn't give me any info what so ever.
