Just called the state police and gave them the docket number for court the lady gave my mother in law and the cop said docket numbers are longer than that and looked it up and said its false and contact the bbb

Just got a call from.my mother in law that this number calling saying they had court documents for me she had to sign for and show up in court witg me. Called them back they wouldnt tell me the company name i asked 6 times and still wouldnt give it to me said they were going to go to my job which i dont have a job and when i asked again who they were she hung up on me

Was left with a voicemail saying it was a legal matter and I needed to call back with the case number. I called the number and gave them the case number they had left on my VM and it turns out it wasn't for me but for someone I know. They said it was RC Litigation or Richard Carlson Litigation and they were looking for them to serve them papers regarding a lawsuit.

It turns out they have also contacted other people I know regarding the same person. Not sure how they got so many different numbers that know the same person.

I am being harassed and need them to stop with their threats.  

They call everyday to our home and our relatives. This has to STOP!

I too just received a call with a reference to RC Litigation and they had my name and address and that of my ex husband.

Told me to call 844-248-4660 or a process server would come to my door and they had my address!!! WHAT IS THIS??

JUST GOT THE SAME CALL. CALLER HAD MY ADDRESS. I CALLED MY PHONE CO, THEY TRIED TO LOCATE THE NUMBER AND FOUND IT IS AN EASTERN EUROPEAN SCAM ONCE YOU RESPOND TO THEIR MESSAGE YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THIER EUROPEAN NUMBER A PRETEND COLLECTION AGENCY...PHISING FOR YOUR INFORMATION...

Just got this call as well saying they have a legal document for "the parcel at (my address)".

They also called my sister in law who lived with us for a time and said they have "a legal document" from me concerning her.  Of course, they are implying I am suing her and of course she called me asking WTF am I doing.

My sister in law is a law student so when I explained it to her, she understood the call to be some kind of new scam since process servers with legal documents for you don't call ahead - they just show up.

If this is a debt collector, they absolutely cannot say what they say and make threats to come to your work and otherwise misrepresent themselves, whether you have a debt or not.

Person said she was a paralegal, but when I asked for the firm name she quickly hung up.  I called back and she still wouldn't answer me she just wanted to verify who I was because she has court documents for me. I asked for her name and she hung up again.

Bogus, Tried to get my social security number told me I was being sued for master card debt through hsbc, I've never owned an hsbc master card. Said they were going to come into my place of business. I know that's not legal and it's BS. Probably just people on the internet selling information and scamming. Don't give them info.

Same thing here. Said the were looking for me and when I called back it was for my husband not me  Said it was a summons for an address that we haven't lived at in years for a credit card we had 10 yrs ago. They wanted my new address and I didn't give it. Then they said we had to appear at court both of us and that they were coming to my job today to serve me by the end of the day.  Well no one showed up. They thought I owned the business were I work which I don't. Not sure where they getting there info but they were wrong. I'm thinking its a scam of some sort because they tried to get me to pay for it on the phone. Of course I said no.

Got a call also, they left a msg threatening that if I didn't return their call today they would be serving papers to my home and my work.  The debt I have is the debt my ex didn't pay in our divorce that he was awarded and they keep coming after me.  IF I'm right debt collectors can NOT harass you at your job, is that correct? They also called my daughters cell number, have NO clue how they got that information, she freaked out !!  

Shouldn't be a debt collector for me,  filed bankruptcy 3 years ago. Also never lived at the address they said. My fiance did. I owned a house at a different location. So have to come to the conclusion it's a scam.

My wife and I each received a call looking for one of her family members. They claim they are looking for that person because they are filing a court order against him/her.

They appear to be either a debt collector or a scam.

Recieved call from a person who knew my name and address and told me I had a court summons or something like that. They gave me this number and  a case number. The 844 number doesnt exist. Called my bank just to make sure no one tries to acess my my account. Had to be a scammer because  I dont owe any unpaid bills, and have never broken the law.

Won't tell me who they are or what the documents are. Just that its time sensitive. Did not verify info with them.

would not tell me who they are with.  sounds like someone trying to collect a debt.
