Some lady called yesterday from whatever company this is, is harassing my family. They call "Unknown" stating they have a complaint that they wanted to follow up on and they if they didn't hear from me that actions may be taken without my consent. They called twice on my cell. I come home and find a message from my cousin who states that they called him calling they wanted to serve me papers. Terrible terrible. I have already contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint with them. Today, I get a call from some dude stating that he got my message and wanted me to verify my information such as my last 4 of my social security number. Told him that I was not going to verify any information. States that he has all my info already and wanted to make sure he was talking to the right person. Asked him why they would say that they got a complaint first, now change it to they got a law suit. Told him that I notified the BBB.org and he was VERY UPSET and that I will have to wait and be surfed my papers. He tried to say have a good day, but I hung up on him faster than he could get it out.

My mom received a call from a process server looking for me.  I called the phone number 844-253-7630 and referenced the file number given to my mom.  Could not get specific information, but a man said it was for a car repossessed in 2000 and that he was with citifinancial.  I tried to get more information out of him, but he said he didn't have any other information.  He said if I could pay him $750 today I wouldn't have to go to court.  If not, I would probably have to pay approx. $9400 thru the court.  I called my friend, who is a public defender and she told me the statute of limitations is 4 years.  I'm going to call him back and tell him that I need some kind of paperwork explaining what this is all about.  I believe it is a scam, but want to see what he says when I mention that I talked to a public defender!

I received a *restricted* call for a complaint filed against "me", but they used my mom's name and it sounds like they didn't even have her name spelled right. there's no way this is legit. the complaint wasn't even identified in the voicemail, so they can just kiss my a**.

They called my dad today, my dad called me to tell me gave me that number and a case number and said " someone filled a complaint against me"

I got that call to and they called my mom. Have no legal issues or unpaid bills. If their legit they suck at customer relations as no legal firm would do business that way.

I receive d the same call...she also called my sister and daughter. .she sounds official.. but I don't think so.

With s "case #" of 1805501, threatening me with a lawsuit of undeclared origin or nature.

Total scam...
They got my Mom to get to me.
Anyone know how to report it?

I just got the same call. its a scam!

Call and said some one is going to sue me.  Does any one knows who this is?
