I received a call from them and had my attorney to call and they asked "She has an attorney on retainer" - he said yes is that against the law.  She said well we need documentation from you - he asked for the fax # and she gave him one ending in 7533 he said could you repeat the last 4 - she said "you didn't right it down" - he said yes but I want to confirm it - she have him 4 totally different numbers (7548) - he called the number but it didn't work. He said do not call or answer them if they call you again and do not give out any information

I have received several calls from a NO CALLER ID number, the first time they called they asked for my sister-in-law. Then they asked for me, but used my maiden name. The lady I spoke to said it was regarding a legal matter and asked me to confirm my address (which I unfortunately did, because she made it sound like I was going to be served some legal documents.) Then she left a phone number and case number TX 132108 and said I needed to call them within 24 hours or else.... Very strange and at first I thought someone was suing me but this doesn't seem like the way legal papers would be served. I'm going to stop answering any calls that don't have a caller ID. I'm a little worried now that they know my name and address.

My family and I have received several calls from and unlisted number.  This is the number they gave to return the call.  They are extremely aggressive and threatening.  The supposed "Docket" number they are using to gather information, was said to be issued by Polk County, Oregon.  I checked the database of Polk County Courts, and the docket number they are stating, in fact, DOES NOT EXIST.  In short, this is a scam.  Refrain from sharing info.  They are also accumulating info via internet searches and Facebook.

since yesterday(4-9-14) I have been getting phone calls regarding some online loan which was taken out last year lol, oh well so today some guy called me and he gave me this number:844-394-0644 some RC group that hes a proccesor and need to send some legal papers to my address . Weird!! i am gonna report this number to the police station ! by the way forgot to mention that he called me with No ID Caller!!

I just received a call today 4-9-14 from a "unknown" number and he told me he was a process server and was looking for my daughter (Houston) to serve a summons on her for a TX Docket Number (in a separate City).  He gave me 1-844-394-0644 as a number to call for more information, and the lady I spoke with said they were a litigation firm and it was a civil matter involving (boyfriend's name) and would not give me any information and then had the nerve to treat me like a fool for calling them and asking questions that involved my daugther and then she told me that they never asked "me" to call and I obviously did not know how to pass a message along and follow direction.  What a b.....

Well I also have got calls from these creeps! Even if I had a "Debt" that was not paid the state I live in has 3 years Statue of Limitations"! I contacted an Attorney she said not to call them back, if they do call tell them not to call you and document everytime they call and we can pursue a "Lawsuit" against them under the "Fair debt Collection Practices Act"! No company can continue calling you and harrassing you, if they do continue you have "legal Rights"! My Attorney Friend said if it continues she will send a Certified Letter for them to stop and if that does not stop the calls than we shall take it to court!

Received call from restricted number.  Spoke to a Jerk yesterday 4-8-14 that claimed he was a process server.  And he had pending documents that will be delivered to my house or sent to the clerk's office if I didn't give him confirmation of my address and phone number.  Funny thing is...  I used to be a process server in this county and process servers get paid for delivery of documents to addresses.  Clearly this was some debt collector trying to dig information about me or someone I know.  If you receive this call... record it because it's Illegal to impersonate an officer of the court in my state.  I asked him what was this about and told me a bunch of lies about not knowing.  No process server would have document's to be serve and not coordinate a speedy service.  Clearly this is a scam or a debt collector. Receive two calls today from restricted numbers.  I have a special message in my GS4 for restricted numbers.  Clearly I won't be calling the number they left.  844-394-0644.

I received a voice mail from a lady giving me a case # to call back that day to confirm my address for a court document. I was referred by my middle/last name which is what I go by but all my legal info is under my first name. I'm also debt free so I can't imagine what this is about so I chose to ignore the message.

Left me a voice mail that new my first and last name as well as my address.  They claimed on the voice mail that they had some "documentation to send to the clerks office".  Also if I failed to return their call with the case number they provided that would confirm my address.

I called the number and they would only tell me that this number has many law firms in many states.  After refusing to give my case number while asking what state the person on the phone was in I was hung up on.

started calling several members of my  family saying they have a court docket that will be  served. try to pump you for information. sleezy.

Recieved a message from this number asking for a ex inlaw that had me as a referance.

Seems to solicit info and tries to get you to call this number about pending legal issues.
