answered the call, sounded like some one had there head in a fish bowl, couldn't understand a word they were saying. Rang back, sounded like an international ring tone, no-one answered.

Rang my mobile, it's one of those dodgy companies trying to flog IVA's. Number came up as +8445044400 on my mobile.

Received a call from this number.  No idea who it is, checked country code +84 is Vietnam! but it may be a caller ID from a VOIP type of calling system.  Have added to the local barring list.

Hi I am getting the damn no on my phone too, Im with vodafone dont know if that make a difference - NO clues to what the deal is with this other that the fact that the + in from of the number means its an international call. I would advise you do not call it just in case it a con and you end up being billed 15 quid a minute or something else outrageous
