The man identified himself as Brad Turner a contract state locator for the state of NC. At first he wanted me to pass a message to someone with my last name. Then he called back and said he knew it was me and I had to pay back the money today. Sounds like other people are getting the same scam.

They just started calling my work. Saying I own them money and if I don't I was going to be served. They never said who they were calling with. The only thing they gave me was a case number. They keep calling my work and leaving messages on my voice mail. Not sure what to do. I don't know who they are.

They just called my phone said they were going to serve me..  Didn't say who hey were with just gave a case number and a phone number...

Have had several calls from this no., and also others, including private numbers.  They even called my mother and scared the crap out of her, telling her I was being served papers for check fraud.  How do I stop this?????

Said I owed money for a payday loan and was going to issue a warrant for my arrest if I did not pay them today. Said that if I took this to court I would not win and I would have to do prison time.
