how dare someone call a place of employment and lie about themselves!!!  Shame on them!!!!!

I want to know who this is they are harassing my parents.

Who are these people? I just recieved a call from Lisa Cummings stating I had 2 felony and she was going to the ottawa county sheriffs office and have them accompany her to my residence or work. Weird they had my address. Also told me if I couldn't contact her that I could contact the company who filed charges against me at 585-203-9265. Any help would be appreciated

I just listened to a message from Sara Scott supposedly from "National Process Servers". I checked out the directory for them & there is currently no member on board that association with a match from that number. Weird... 5 years ago after my son was killed I got 2 $200 payday loans about a month apart & I never paid them back. I still have not returned back to work, in fact I am on SSI with a fixed income as well as caring for my 90 year old disabled father. Naturally when I listened to the message she left my stomach tightened up... Both my father & myself are on disability & I provide 24/7 care for him because he can't walk, I thought what would happen to my father if I get arrested, & what would happen to me? I have PTSD & MDD as well as impulse & anxiety issues. This call could have easily caused a melt down for me. I have calmed myself down now, but I'm still concerned.... Can anything be done to this caller for causing me so much worry? She even called my younger sister, & she actually spoke with her live & she asked my sister for my phone number. If this is a desperate attempt to collect on 2 $200 payday loans from over 5 years ago, what is this world comming to? I think the scare tactics they use are the only real felony in this equation.

This company continues to contact me stating that I have 2 felony charges issued against me and won't stop harrassing me. I've never done anything to get a felony

Ridiculous!!!!  I received this call tonight also.  It referred me to another number (585-203-9265) to validate the supposed debt.....called n it was an alleged law office.

Scam call

This place called stating that I had felony charges against me and she would be contacting the sheriff department to assist them in serving me at my place of employment or my residence. She would not tell me where I lived or worked, and sounded very shady. I do not appreciate getting calls from these people with FAKE companies. I have never done anything to get felony charges, and that is something that should be illegal for them to say!
I also checked the company's website and this person's name and phone number are not listed.
